Wonderful beach vacation

This condo is wonderful - very convenient to the beach and includes everything you need (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc). Longboat Key is a peaceful, beautiful place to visit. Highly recommend!

It was clean, had everything we needed and the furniture/decor was very nice! The elevator was helpful as we were on 3rd floor. Beach loungers are provided with beach towels! And the beautiful beach is steps away. The pool is quite large and very clean! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Complimentary beach chairs and beach towels were greatly appreciated since we flew and didn’t drive. There were also umbrellas available. Room was very clean. Pull out couch was conveniently located to the side so we didn’t have to constantly take it apart and remake it every day. Secondary room is very small but there is plenty of living space. We appreciated the designated parking spaces as well. We would definitely recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love Sand Cay. #308 was not our favorite unit. Bedding was an issue. We had to go buy new pillows and sheets for the pull out couch. Any extra bedding/blankets stuffed in cabinets, etc seemed very old and possibly 'dirty'. Could use a newer Smart TV. General upkeep all around is recommended

Great location on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The grounds were very well kept up and the staff was very pleasant. Our unit was relatively clean except for the kitchen. The dishes and silverware all had to be rewashed as they were not clean and the coffee maker hasn’t been emptied. If you’re going to put a sign in the door saying it’s covid clean- best to check that the dishes and silverware actually are! The unit was decent but very outdated. All Beds were comfortable. Couches were comfortable but old and ripped. Location was right on the beach which was great and about in the middle of the island, 15 min to St Armands. Resort had chairs on the beaches for use which was also great, and a good size pool. Would definitely stay again just in a different unit.

The patio was great; maybe not a waterfront view but you still got a glimpse of the ocean waves. Perfect for those wanting to be on a private beach within a 4-5 minute walk from the unit. Would suggest picking up grocery items before crossing over to the island. There are a few restaurants within a mile, but none within a close walking distance. We ate at La Norma (Italian) ...great pasta and the pizza was wonderful. Would definitely go back.
