Casa Caldera est une villa individuelle composĂ©e de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une piscine privĂ©e chauffĂ©e. La villa est de plain-pied et trĂšs spacieux. Les jardins sont totalement inclus, y compris le verrouillage des portes pour la sĂ©curitĂ© des enfants et la vie privĂ©e. SituĂ© dans la rĂ©gion de Los Mojones calme et exclusive de Puerto del Carmen dessus de la vieille ville et le port, les meilleurs restaurants, bars et du centre commercial ne sont qu'Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied. La plage principale est Ă  25 minutes Ă  pied. La mer et les montagnes uniques Lanzarote peuvent ĂȘtre vus depuis la terrasse.

Villa was lovely, spacious and spotless, pool was great as it was heated. It had all you would ever need towels, utensils etc and a really nice touch from owner/manager who left water, biscuits and a bottle of wine for our arrival. I would say that in some places is in need of updating i.e. small rugs in every room which were very slippery and a trip hazard, some kitchen cupboards had bits of wood falling off and the pool really needs a good deep clean and repainted.

Just returned from a fabulous week at Casa Caldera. Villa was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. It was spotless when we arrived and had a lovely welcome pack. Louise met us when we arrived and we were very fortunate to be allowed early access due to an early morning flight. We shall definitely return to this wonderful villa

Brilliant Location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious villa, which is in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes by car from the resort. The nearby El Toro restaurant is a must for authentic Spanish dining, whilst the old town offers a host of bars and cafes for all your needs. We would definitely stay here again.

The villa is fantastic value for money . Set at the back of the resort about 25mins walk in to the main resort or 15 mins in to the harbour. Great size for six people age range 16-70. The pool area is plenty big enough with space around the pool and the pool itself plenty big enough. The villa was clean and fully equipped for a self catering stay. The only slight criticism if any was that the pergola is not covered but the umbrellas provided did the job.

Perfect villa

The villa was great, enough space, large kitchen, rooms were good, one en suite, ideal for my parents (86 and 92). Kitchen was well equiped and complete. The pool was great, heated water was nice. We had a really nice stay, qualitytime with my parents.

Small and clean has most things you require for a holiday base, would have liked a safe in the property, in a nice quiet area close to most of amenities.

Excellent villa

Stayed at the villa over Christmas and New Year, villa as seen in photos, great location for us as we know PDC well and the walk into town only takes about 15 minutes. Hosts were brilliant in allowing us to check in early. It has everything you need and the welcome package was lovely. Would highly recommend

Good Villa!

The Villa for us was very good, it had all the facilities we require and expect from a good property. We have been using villas for around 30 years now as a family and as a couple and this villa would sit fairly high on the good list of villas that we have used over the years.

Week in the sun

The Villa was perfect for a quiet week in the sun. It’s equipped with everything you need and even made use of the washing machine. The welcome pack was a nice touch. If I was to suggest anything it would perhaps be soap dishes in the bathrooms but it’s a great place to stay. Will book again.

Very enjoyable stay

Villa was easy to access on arrival. Cleanliness of villa was excellent. The manager Louise visited the next day and was very helpful.The villa was very comfortable and well stocked with amenities. The fridge on arrival had water milk orange juice etc which was very helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Great villa in quiet location above Puerto Del Carmen. Had everything we needed. A short walk from good restaurants & a supermarket. Nice touch of a few essentials in the fridge & kitchen on arrival. Flexibility on timing of arrival & departure was much appreciated.

Holiday Villa

This is the perfect property for any group or family,well eqipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay..It is in a quiet residential area, perfect for relaxing, yet near enough to walk downhill into Puerto del Carmen(although recommend €5 taxi back - uphill). With a car it is central to the major road routes to get anywhere on the island easily This is the second time we have stayed here and we hopefully look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful!

Great communication with the owner, really lovely and spacious villa with a super heated pool. Great outdoor space which has the sun all day. Beds extremely comfortable, everything you could need in the kitchen. The villa is situated in a really lovely area, the old town harbour just a short stroll (15 minutes walk) down the hill and just 4.00 to get back in a taxi!Local mercadona just an 8 minute stroll and was very well stocked.No negatives for this lovely peaceful villa, we had an absolutely fabulous time, thank you very much!

We have stayed in a few villas on Lanzarote over the years and, for us, this is probably the best. It is well equipped, spotlessly clean and very well positioned in a quiet neighbourhood, Within walking distance to the centre of Puerto del Carmen or 5€ by taxi. A fabulous base for a fantastic holiday, we are booking again.

Nice Villa in quiet location. Had an issue with shower in the house bathroom which Louise and Tony sorted very quickly. Booked taxis for us to airport and helped with boarding passes. Very friendly and helpful.

Great

The villa was good. Nice and quiet area, loved having our own pool, and the villa was bigger than expected. My only qualm was that the villa is quite high up (Lanzarote generally is very hilly), so the walk back and forth to the villa/restaurants/beach can be a bit much but should be fine if you're relatively fit. Also one of the bed sheets had an unfortunate stain on it. I would still stay again though and recommend.

Great villa

Really well equipped, comfortable and spacious villa, ideal for family and within walking distance of a handful of (very) good restaurants. Only possible negatives were that the pool is really more of a plunge pool (quite shallow too so would be great for small children) and the fact the few people that walked by could (and did) peer in! Location is brilliant, quiet and easy drive to good supermarkets, with no need to go into PDC proper unless you really want to. Comms with owner and manager all very good and would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Lanzarote. We had to ask to find the safe - it is really well hidden and secure!

Excellent Experience

Very good experience, villa is as described in a quiet area but within walking distance of Old Town. Lovely pool, easy to get into house instructions are clear. Then the property manager Louise was very helpful and informative. She spotted a small issue with one of the parasols and silently returned when we were out with a replacement. Would highly recommend the stay, beside an owner occupied villa who was very kind, loaned us some Lilos and introduced himself to us and said he was just there if we needed anything. Felt like a home from home. Would highly recommend this place.

Lovely Break

We had a lovely time in Lanzarote! The villa was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy and relax on our family holiday. We travelled with our baby boy and the travel Cot and highchair provided were great. The walk into town was fine and we walked home Most nights! There were plenty of affordable taxis when we’d explored a little further. All in all we had an amazing holiday
. If I had anything to Critique I would say the pool is maybe a little tired with chipping paint and a filter cover from the base of the pool that wasn’t fixed in place. Somebody visited to check pool chemicals twice per week but cleaning the pool with brush and net seemed to be left to us. Both items available for Use so didn’t impact our stay but others may prefer pool clean to be more rigorous. A great holiday though and we will recommend to Friends and family! Thanks!

My wife Sharon and I bought and have run this villa since 2005. We have 4 children who are now grown up and independent but when we purchased in 2005 we all had a holiday at Casa Caldera to test it and make sure everything worked which it did and still does!

Louise, who manages our villa is British but has lived on Lanzarote since she was a teenager and so speaks fluent Spanish and is very well connected on the island. She has provided exemplary service in terms of maintenance, emergencies and of course cleanliness since 2005.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We purchased in the Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen because it is a slightly up market area and yet close to the old town and harbour where the best restaurants are. It is also not far from the sea and in a quiet area with easy access onto the main roads for getting to other parts of the island.

The superb marina and tapas bars of Puerto Calero is only 10 minutes drive away.
