Villa Vista est une villa individuelle de haute qualité, située dans le complexe résidentiel calme du parc Faro. Cette belle villa de 2 chambres, avec des sols en marbre partout, est meublée à un niveau élevé, offrant un haut niveau de confort. Il possÚde sa propre piscine privée chauffée électriquement, avec un parking hors route et bénéficie d'une trÚs grande terrasse ensoleillée avec des jardins clos et un barbecue en pierre. Il est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la station balnéaire principale de Playa Blanca et à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la boulangerie / café locale, de 2 supermarchés, d'une variété de bars, ainsi que d'un restaurant espagnol et d'un restaurant italien. Villa Vista est disponible à la location toute l'année et a réguliÚrement des clients réguliers, ce qui témoigne de sa popularité et de son niveau élevé.

Séjour agréable

Location fidÚle à la description. Situé dans un quartier calme. Il y a à notre disposition tout ce dont on a besoin. La piscine chauffée est un réel plus. C'est trÚs appréciable surtout quand vous tomber comme nous sur une semaine venteuse et grise. Réponse rapide de La propriétaire. Il y a mini supermarché et restaurant à proximité à pieds. TrÚs bon séjour. Si je dois donner un point d'amélioration, les matelas des petits lits sont trÚs mous et les ressorts grincent à chaque fois qu'on bouge.

The villa is spacious and the outside space huge. The heated pool is glorious,(it is overlooked by neighbouring properties). Very quiet area with several permanent residents. Owner arranged for a welcome bottle of bubbly for my husbands birthday and there was water and tea, coffee and biscuits provided, very nice touch. The variety of English channels on the large TV were appreciated. The owner was very responsive and kindly let us have a late check out which was very much appreciated.The kitchen is well equipped ideal for self catering. There were a few minor problems with equipment which the owner is now sorting (dishwasher not working properly, kitchen extractor fan not working and clothes airer broken). The bedrooms are large and have mosquito netting which is very handy. The bathrooms are a little tired, (cracked sink in ensuite, discoloured mastic etc) but there was plentiful hot water and good shower pressure.The sea view is only from one room in the villa and one part of the patio.Overall I would highly recommend and it is great value for money. Thank you Denise for a lovely stay.

Our stay was perfect the villa is ideal for a quiet getaway,it’s about a five minute walk away from the shops and the bus takes you directly into Playa Blanca and then you can travel anywhere in Lanzarote.The villa itself was very clean on arrival and the outside space with the pool is great inside the villa offers excellent space to enjoy and relax out of the sun .The villa is also well equipped so if you don’t want to go out there’s enough to cook with and also has an outside barbecue.

Great location within a 10 minute walk of the shops and restaurants in Faro Park. Villa was spacious and had everything you need to be a home from home. The private pool and communal pool were both exceptionally clean. Communication with the owner and villa manager was great before and during our stay. We loved this villa and would definitely return!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning villa in Lanzarote! The property was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. The pool and outdoor areas were a highlight, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The Villa is in the perfect location and incredibly quiet.Our host Denise and the local management team were very responsive & nice people.The beds were the most comfortable we've ever experienced in a villa and we've stayed in a lot! The Villa has everything you need. A new pool cover was being measured for while we were there.Overall the villa was competitively priced.

Unfortunately the villa didn't live up to expectations based on advert and reviews.There is a lot of work required to make this villa a viable holiday listing.The outside area especially is quite run down, with broken tiles under foot, a falling to bits pool cover, flaking paint, damaged woodwork on pergola and various other bits and pieces.Similarly inside there is plaster falling off the walls from historic bathroom leaks.There was also food in the corners of the kitchen floor from previous guests.It was a shame as Denise provided a very polite and efficient check-in service.

The villa is comfortable and clean. All amenities, including heated pool, hot water, TV channels, etc, work perfectly. Villa manager is very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay in this extra quiet end of Faro Park.

Spacious, comfortable villa in a lovely quiet area.

The owner was very helpful and promptly replied to all communications. The villa is well equipped with modern appliances, the outside space is open and uncluttered with enough comfortable sunbeds, tables and chairs. Nice heated pool, which we used-in January! We also appreciated the cosy, enclosed dining room on cooler evenings. The situation is within earshot of the sea and in easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. A further visit is planned.

A little gem

This villa was a little gem it was ideally place for a complete get away , the grounds were well kept and clean in these grounds was the pool ideal for those lazy days. There is a communal pool to use as well. The inside is clean and comfortable and well laid out with two toilet a bath and two showers to use, with the kitchen fully kitted out staying in to cook was so easy This is an ideal get away set in a quiet part in Faro Park.There are bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away with a well stocked supermarket there also.The no 30 bus will take you to Playa Blanca in less than 20 minutes.A lovely villa away from it all for that peaceful break with the sea only 2 minutes away at the end of the street.

Ottimo soggiorno a Lanzarote

Abbiamo soggiornato 14 notti in questa struttura. La villa Ăš dotata di tutte le comoditĂ  necessarie e ben attrezzata. Pulizia generale buona ma tessuti (divani in primis) polverosi. La villa si presenta bene ma avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata e di alcuni piccoli interventi. Spazi interni ed esterni ampi, un bellissimo patio dove mangiare e trascorrere del tempo in relax ed una bella piscina. La zona Ăš residenziale e tranquilla, al di fuori dalle parti piĂč caotiche dell'isola e servita bene da mezzi pubblici e taxi (preferibile l'auto, ma questo vale in generale se si vuole visitare l'isola). Presenti diversi ristoranti, market e fermata autobus raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi Al di lĂ  di alcuni piccoli difetti, prezzo molto vantaggioso. Spazi

My husband, Des, and I (Denise) live in Wexford, known as the "sunny south east" in Ireland. We both love the sun and the kind of life that Lanzarote offers and we look forward to the day when we can kick back and spend up to half the year there. In the meantime, we are happy to open up our little villa and give you the opportunity to enjoy it as much we do.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We fell in love with Lanzarote within hours of our first trip there. The weather is an obvious plus but we found the whole atmosphere and appearance of Lanzarote so much more relaxing and enjoyable than either Tenerife or Gran Canaria. Once we had decided on Lanzarote we told the Estate Agent what we were looking for and he suggested Playa Blanca. Again, as soon as we went there we fell in love with it, and our little villa as soon as we saw them. Playa Blanca has plenty to offer in terms of shops, bars, restaurants and beaches and plenty more and we just enjoy the pace there a lot more than Puerto del Carmen. (We do, however, love popping over to Puerto del Carmen to visit friends when we are all in Lanzarote at the same time).

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love the fact that we are so close to the sea (2 minutes from our villa) and have enjoyed many a walk along the sea front right into Playa Blanca (about a 50 minute walk). We are within minutes walk of a selection of restaurants, bars and mini markets when we want to stay local but the trip into Playa Blanca itself is less than a 10 minute drive by car and only costs €5 by taxi.
Our property is very private, entirely surrounded by wall and has a large terrace with a gated pool area - great security and peace of mind when small children are around. Our villa has been described as "comfortable", "homely" and "spotlessly clean"...it literally is our home away from home and we think you will love it as much as we do.
