Appartement romantique à Oltrarno

L'appartement est au dernier (deuxième) étage d'un immeuble de deux unités datant des années 1400. Il est léger et aéré et présente des poutres apparentes florentines par excellence et des sols en terre cuite traditionnels. Il fait 95 m². / 1020 pieds carrés

Au niveau principal, à l'avant, donnant sur la paisible via di Camaldoli, il y a une double réception / salle à manger avec une cuisine ouverte récemment rénovée avec des appareils haut de gamme comprenant lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, four, réfrigérateur et lave-linge. Depuis le salon, un escalier mène à une mezzanine avec puits de lumière, aménagée en un deuxième coin salon avec un canapé-lit (2 couchages).

À l'arrière, une grande chambre principale avec un lit king size (2 couchages) et une deuxième chambre avec un lit double (2 couchages) donnent sur les jardins tranquilles du monastère de San Salvatore a Camaldoli, datant du XIIe siècle et les toits pittoresques des maisons voisines du quartier d'Oltrarno.

La grande salle de bain nouvellement décorée avec fenêtre, douche, WC, bidet et lavabo.

L'appartement dispose de nombreux rangements intégrés, est entièrement climatisé et dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'une télévision.

Florence charm

The apartment is modern with an old world feel. Located on a quiet street with great shops and restaurants near by. You could easily walk from the apt to see all the major sites.

Out of the tourist trap quiet neighbourhood

Lovely place, top floor. Convenient with a grocery story around the corner and good restaurants nearby. We prefer to stay outside of touristy area. If you like that, then this is the place for you.

Apartment was lovely -- air conditioning was fantastic, washer was amazing as was dishwasher. Neighborhood had everything you could need and want -- great, great choice!

This apartment was the perfect respite from long days of touring Florence, the museums and visiting the towns in and around Tuscany. It’s was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet part of town. Our host was kind and accommodating. He even went above and beyond to return items we left behind. Our stay at this apartment helped to make our visit to Florence fabulous!

Excellent All Around

Great location away from the tourists but only a 15 minute walk to the sites. There is a wonderful bakery (Wild Buns), butcher, cafe, and many restaurants nearby. The apartment was so clean, stocked, and felt like home. The manager was super friendly and accommodating. And the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. I own a STR and have high standards and this met them all!

A month in wonderful Florence

This apartment filled our desire to be out of the heavy tourist areas of Florence, yet be very accessible to anywhere we needed to go. The relatively quiet neighborhood is our favorite. The spacious apartment had plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen. Vanni met our arrival and was helpful and very easy to work with.

Perfect!

Loved this apartment! Stayed for a month...convenient location, comfortable, well stocked with everything you would need and plenty of room. Very nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, the grocery store is just around the corner. The apartment is modern yet has old charm to it. Vanni the host was available when needed and helped with ideas about Florence. Would stay here again.

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the “other” side of the Arno where crowds are lighter and it is quieter. Vanni was quick to address any questions and very easy to work with. The apartment was open and bright, as represented. I thought about grading it a 9.5/10, due to sometimes unreliable internet service until I realized this may be a city-wide issue, so in fairness I could not penalize this property for something outside their control.

Summer stop in Florence

Great location, quiet at night but close walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also very reasonable walking distance from the major attractions. The in room air conditioning units were a lifesaver as it was HOT during our time here. Only issue was the A/C unit in the main living room was not working- this did not affect us too much. We spent most of our time out and about and then would reprieve to our cool bedrooms when back at the apartment. Vanni was very kind and easy to work with. He graciously carried my bag up the stairs upon our arrival without me asking.

Muy bueno. Bonito, limpio, con todo lo necesario. Incluso los dejaron una botella de vino de bienvenida. Tuvimos días de mucho calor. El aire acondicionado no conseguía enfriar la parte de arriba donde dormían 2 niños. El propietario vino con rapidez a solucionar el problema
