Cette villa individuelle unique de 2 chambres est l'une des rares dans le village d'El Capistrano qui dispose d'une piscine privée. Cela vous donne la possibilité de profiter de l'intimité intacte de votre propre piscine, ainsi que d'avoir un accès complet aux grandes piscines communautaires avec bars et restaurants.

La villa dispose du chauffage au sol en hiver et de la climatisation en été. Deux grandes terrasses offrent une vue mer et montagne. Avec des patios orientés à l'est, au sud et à l'ouest, vous pouvez profiter du soleil (ou de l'ombre) toute la journée. C'est un endroit très tranquille avec le jardin clos privé abritant mandariniers, fruits de la passion, bananiers, oliviers et avocatiers.

Il y a beaucoup de papillons et d'oiseaux qui chantent dans l'air. Ne soyez pas surpris si vous entendez également des cloches, juste de l'autre côté de la route, vous entendez de temps en temps des chèvres grignoter sur l'herbe. Pourtant, le magnifique centre-ville de Nerja est à seulement 20 minutes à pied (ou 5 en voiture ou en bus). Il en va de même pour la célèbre plage de Burriana avec ses nombreux restaurants, ses terrains de beach-volley et ses sports nautiques.

À l'entrée du village d'El Capistrano, vous trouverez un club de tennis avec des courts de tennis et de padel à louer. Ici, vous trouverez également deux grands supermarchés bien triés, Mercadona et Super Sol. Dans le village d'El Capistrano, il y a une supérette, un distributeur automatique de billets, un restaurant et un pub local, le Cave Bar.

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was absolutely perfect for us. The location was very good, easy to access Nerja town and Burriana beach. The location of the villa was quiet with local supermarkets that are a short walk away. Johan was excellent at responding to any questions we had before the trip. The villa was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for a wonderful stay. We will definitely book again! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our holiday in this villa in Capistrano. It's a great location with walking distance to shops, beach etc and the villa has all you might need including a pool.

Wonderful stay in Nerja november 2024

We loves the house. Good standard, nice furniture, pool ( not heated), lovely garden! Also the floor heating made it very nice and comfortable. We will comeback back! Also Good communication with the owner.

We had a perfect stay at the villa. It has a very comfortable and spacious lounge with a large separate dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The outside upper seating area is stunning with sea and mountains views. Having our own pool and surrounding private garden was just lovely.

Our villa was amazing and the owner Johan was brilliant, fantastic communication and so friendly. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, the facilities in the villa were spot on everything you needed was there. Definitely recommend this villa.

Family Tour of Spain

Our family of 4 toured Spain for 2 weeks. Nerja was our final destination. What a beautiful villa to cap off our trip. Johan was easy to communicate with & the villa is absolutely wonderful. Spacious inside. Lovely outdoor spaces, deck & the pool is dynamite! Chose this place!!!

The perfect stay

The house is perfectly located on El Capistrano. The bonus of having a pool was brilliant and we were surprised it was larger than the photos show and gets the sun from about 4pm which is perfect from when you get back from the beach or main pool The home is very well equipped - everything you could need and the owner Johan was on hand by phone at every moment if we needed advice or help. I can't recommend enough.

Fabulous villa

Couldn't fault the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking at exploring the south of Spain. The villa was really well equipped, just like home from home. We had a problem with the TV and couldn't fault Johan or the maintenance team, who sorted the issue out straight away. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning, hopefully for longer as there is so much to see.

Our fourth visit to Nerja and El Capistrano village and at last we have found the perfect villa. Beautifully appointed throughout with everything you could possibly imagine needing provided with style and generosity, a haven of relaxation. El Capistrano village is quiet and well maintained, just 2km from the bustling town of Nerja. Johan is a kind, helpful and welcoming host and the whole experience was sheer pleasure.

We had a great stay at this villa, we couldn’t fault it. Johan was very responsive to messages before we arrived and while we were there and he was very helpful and friendly. The location of the villa is amazing with views of the sea and the mountains. The upstairs terrace is a hidden gem where you can see both views. The pool is great, gets sunshine from late morning for the rest of the day. We didn’t even use the communal pools as we enjoyed the peace at our own pool. The communal pools have great views of the sea and were popular if you want to see other people! Also had a cafe serving food, drinks and ice cream, we didn’t use it though. We didn’t hire a car and even with 2 young kids, still managed to get around easily. There are 2 supermarkets in walking distance and we walked down to the beach with both children and it took us under half hour. Again half hour walking into Nerja or very easy and cheap to get a local taxi.The villa was very clean and they had thought of everything. Massive bonus that they had a dishwasher and loads of utensils. You have access to the washing machine too if you need it. We’d love to return to this villa.

Just Perfect

We loved our stay at Johans villa. It was so quiet & peaceful. Everything we needed was provided & openly available - clean bedding & towels etc. the kitchen was immaculate, it certainly exceeded our expectations. A home very well cared for & contact with Johan was immediate - thank you. We initially thought on arrival that we were out of town & would need to make use of our car but soon realised all was in walking distance - Mercadona only a 5 min stroll away & the stroll downhill to Burriana beach only another 10 mins & to our delight could then walk to the centre of Nerja along the beach path, up some steps & onto a quiet pedestrianised road into the centre so we went most evenings. We got taxis home (steep uphill walk!) & only cost 8-10 euros!! We will certainly be back & wouldn’t book anywhere else but this villa 🌞👌

Christmas

All the facilities were great and accurate as listed. From the various aspects of the balconies we had sun all day. We stayed Christmas to New Year and had lovely sunny weather 18 degrees, Christmas day was 26 degrees on the balcony. The heating and hot water failed one day but when we phoned the property manager he said he would look at it, we went out for the day and when we returned it was all sorted. The Mercadonna supermarket is just a 10min walk down the hill with a full range including lots of fresh fish. It took us about 45-50mins to walk down to the Balcon De Europa, and cost 10 Euros for a taxi back up (if you stop for a drink where the Touring Train/noddy bus stops they will call a taxi for you) Supermarkets are normally closed on a Sunday but if the Monday is a bank holiday they are open until about 3pm.

Our hols

Our stay at Joahns house was overall outstanding. The bed was dreamy and comfortable, a beautiful upstairs bathroom shower with nice thick fluffy towels provided. Both bedrooms have French doors which lead onto a sun terrace with comfy furniture, our favourite evening spot for a wine or two. The downstairs kitchen is well appointed and has everything you could possibly require. An excellent fridge freezer kept our food and beer in top condition, plenty of pans and cutlery, plates, decent size wine glasses also very important 🍷 The trendy modern hob had me puzzled..maybe some instructions would be helpful. Downstairs toilet was spotless. Lounge area spacious and comfortable with a large dining table we never used as we ate outside on the terrace. Doors lead onto the fabulous terrace with a nice big gas bbq which we used several times during our stay. The pool is a fantastic area with loungers and wind out wall sunshades for the hot afternoons. Pretty garden, still in flower, made it a very peaceful and relaxing place to be. We liked it so much, we stayed by the pool every afternoon. Our thanks to Johan and Frederika for sharing their home with us. I am sure we will be back

Lovely villa and great location

Just returned from a 12 night stay at this fab villa and already want to go back! It is situated in the heart of an extremely pretty and exceptionally well maintained whitewashed village. The ‘Restaurant Capistrano’, ‘Cave Bar’ and communal pool were no more than a 4 minute walk away from the villa and were all lovely. However, the fact that we were lucky enough to have our own private pool at the villa meant we didn’t actually make use of the communal one but it looked nice and didn’t seem to get overcrowded (whenever we passed it), can’t speak for peak season (July/August) of course. There was a very handy bus service from outside this restaurant which took you all the way into Nerja centre for €1 euro each, great value. There is one bus scheduled at 22mins past the hour in and one per hour (on the hour) from Nerja back to the village. The buses tended to run about 10 mins or so late but it wasn’t a problem for us. Personally we thought it would be too far to walk into the centre, I think it says approx 15 mins in the write up but I think it would be more like a 30-40 min (stroll) too much for us but probably ok for some people. We did walk to Burriana beach which took longer than stated (about 25-30 mins) it’s quite downhill so was fine but we got the bus back!!(again €1 each) the bus seems to be €1 wherever you are going on the bus route. It was the Line 1 (Linear 1) bus for info. The supermarket is probably a 10 min walk max (downhill) Great villa, great location.

Great villa in good location.

Villa was clean and very nice,in a nice location in capistrano village. Enjoyed the private pool and also the large pool on the complex,supermarket 10 minute walk and nice bar on the complex(cave bar). Lovely large fridge/freezer and gas BBQ in the villa,and all the utensils required in the kitchen. We enjoyed it so much,we have booked the villa for next year.

Incredible stay

This was one of the best holidays I've ever had, thanks to this wonderful property. It was simply beautiful with a perfect level of privacy, but not too far from shops/bars/restaurants. Johan was an amazing host and really responsive. I hope to be able to book with Johan again in the future.
