Kihei Bay Vista est un complexe de style île peu élevé situé en face d’une longue plage de sable. La plage est idéale pour les promenades, l'observation du coucher de soleil ou tout simplement pour se détendre. À certains moments, c'est un endroit populaire pour regarder les surfeurs de cerf-volant sur les vagues et naviguer dans les airs! L'appartement est récemment mis à jour et impeccable. La cuisine est bien équipée et aménagée pour faciliter la préparation des repas. La chambre a un plafond cathédrale, une grande fenêtre pour les brises de l'île et un lit queen size. Le canapé-lit dans le salon a un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. Il y a une télévision à écran plat et WiFi gratuit. La salle de bain a été rénovée en 2018. La belle piscine est parfaite pour se détendre sous le soleil tropical. Il y a une unité de climatisation dans le salon et une machine à laver / sèche-linge dans l'appartement. Kihei Bay Vista se trouve à proximité des centres commerciaux et des restaurants de Kihei. Un endroit de premier ordre pour des vacances à Maui!

Excellent Place to Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean and well equipped. Cleaning staff clearly take pride in their work and were willing and able to accommodate our request for early check-in. Beautiful garden view. As non-smokers, we also appreciated the cute little designated smoking area outside of the pool area or gathering areas. Great price.

The location was prime for our visits with family and sightseeing, and we absolutely loved that we had a washer and dryer in unit! The room was big and spacious. The air conditioning worked good. The carpets were a bit old and could be updated. I would recommend it as it was very quiet with only birds chirping you a friendly hello!

great location close to beach pool and hot tub was great as he had lots of chairs to sit at

Great location. Just enough furnishings-we did add a pitcher for making iced tea! Beautiful pool and hot tub and manicured landscaping.

Have stayed in this unit before. Only issue was the water. When you flushed the toilet the water pressure dropped to a dribble. My son thinks the water valve isn't open all the way. He lives on Maui and is a plumber. May want to adjust before renting again. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

Spacious 1b1b in a great location. Everything was clean and kitchen had all utensils and was very well thought out. They even had boogie boards and snorkel kits for the guests to use, which was such a pleasant surprise and super useful! The swimming pool in the community is also well maintained and a great amenity!

203B Kihei Bay Vista

We had stayed in this unit previously, so we knew exactly what we were getting. This unit is value priced and not fancy but gives you exactly what you need. Location is amazing; it's a very quiet complex, with a lovely beach that is just across the street. The complex is centrally located for going anywhere on the island and is a short drive to shops and restaurants in Kihei. If you are looking for basic inexpensive unit this is it!

Quiet, cozy, right by the beach

This place went beyond our expectations. I felt right at home. The temperature of the condo was great, and the water heated up quick. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to beach items. We loved having the beach chairs to take with us to the beach. The beach right across the condo had meany sea turtles and during the right season you can even see whales breaching. The location was right off the main road of Kihei, was to access and just a few minutes from the main grocery stores/shops/restaurants. It is also locate off the main highways to get to other parts of the island. If I ever go back to Maui I would stay here again.

Great apartment at a perfect location. There is a beautiful beach just across the street. The apartment complex has a pool and a hot tub. The apartment is perfect for 2 guests even though we stayed there as a family of four. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is very clean. The only thing is that there is just one AC in the living room. So it gets warm in the bedroom. The AC unit is old and not really quite. All in all, highly recommended!

Nice stay

We had a nice stay at the condo. Condo has everything you need. Nothing fancy but it worked well for the 4 of us. Nice central location. Beach is a short walk away. Bedroom doesn’t cool very well since the unit has one AC in the living room. We did have to purchase another fan to help cool the bedroom. We left the fan so hopefully it can stay in the unit and help the next guest. Unit was clean. Check in was easy, even able to check in a bit early (thank you!). Communication with property manager was good. Overall great value for the price.
