Cute cottage with the best view

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake cottage. It had the most breathtaking view and it was very clean and well kept. The host was also very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved the cottage, very clean, comfortable and friendly owners. Thank you Marzia for the wine and birthday wishes! Thank you Paolo for the restaurant recommendation! We loved our stay here! I would only caution others about the hill/stair climb required for the stay.

Beautiful villa overlooking Lake Como

Very nice Villa a short walk from central Bellagio. Many steps for travelers who may have mobility issues. Marzia was helpful recommending a taxi service from the airport. Patio overlooking the lake was spectacular.

Beautiful house in ideal location

The lake cottage is beautifully located with the most amazing views of the lake. 3 large bedrooms with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen. Marzia was great at keeping in touch en route and and shared lots of local information. Definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful and perfect

Villa was very clean and comfortable. The view from the veranda was breathtaking. Location was perfect. We did have a problem with directions on the microwave and dryer b/c there were none, only a pic on dryer, eventually we figured it out. Having the suite downstairs was great with 6 people. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Incredible Views

Absolutely beautiful accommodations. Yes, there are stairs, but if you are already wandering around Bellagio you will be fine with these. Worth every step for the views. On the quieter side of Bellagio which is nice. Easy walking distance to everything. Would love to go back in the summer!

The lake cottage is beautiful!

Our stay at the lake cottage was delightful. We were there for about three weeks, so we knew it well. The view is magnificent and the terrace is large and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the A/C worked very well. Living room is comfortable. The only minor drawback is the WiFi is slow and goes on and off with storms. I would recommend this place highly and would love to come back.

Buongiorno Ned mi scuso per quanto accaduto di cui mi sono reso conto solo dopo la segnalazione di Marzia. Ieri ho avuto un problema con il mio smartphone e durante la recensione qualcosa è andato storto. Ho contattato immediatamente l' assistenza VRBO ma non ho potuto corregge. Siamo stati contenti di averVi ospitato e ci spiace abbiate avuto alcuni problemi con il wifi ma a Bellagio non è ancora arrivata la fibra e la situazione attuale non è delle migliori. Marzia mi ha riferito dell' ottimo rapporto che si è creato con Voi e che siete stati assolutamente autonomi nonostante il lungo periodo. Mi spiace ancora dell' accaduto e spero che questo non abbia inficiato il ricordo di questa vacanza sul lago di Como. A presto. Paolo

Spectacular

This was my second time staying at this property and it is just amazing. It has modern amenities, clean, and spacious. The view is incredible and so peaceful. Marzia once again, was so accommodating and also gave me many great suggestions( boat tour, driver to airport, COVID test info). Thank you! I hope to come back soon to this wonderful place!

Lake Cottage Experience

We had a wonderful stay. The lake cottage is a great property as advertised! The view is amazing. The location is beautifully situated above Bellagio and Pescallo. All questions and any issues we had were immediately attended to by the property manager. I would highly recommend for a family or multiple couples! They also recommended private transportation and boat tours that were both an equally great experience. Exquisite!

Bellagio

Beautiful location. Couple of things to mention. The downstairs bedroom has a musty smell. We tried to have windows opened but it didn’t help. The walls are very thin. So one night we were kept up by loud partying in the apartment next door.

In the basement room there is an air conditioning system that can be settled also in dehumidification mode when needed. I am sorry for the noises from the other appartment, this is the first time in many years, Anyway i have already informed the owner to enforce the rules to his guests. Regards Lake cottage Paolo

Location Location Location!

The view of the lake from this property is amazing. You can not come to Bellagio and not have a view like this. The house is conveniently located within easy walking distance to Bellagio centre where there is plenty of shopping, restaurants and access to the ferry to other towns along the lake. We were met by Marzia an enthusiastic young lady who English was very good. She showed us all the amenities of the house and shared information as to what to see and where to eat. She recommended a little restaurant right around the corner from the house which was outstanding. We ate there two nights in a row. We were two couples and this property was perfect for us with two separate bedrooms with on suite bathrooms. Be advised one bedroom is down stairs via outside access. Also there are multiple stairs to reach the house that could be a concern for the elderly or people with mobility issues. We came by car and parking was not a problem. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful! Cannot wait to return!

This was the most beautiful property! The rooms are large and spacious. We had traveled around and we were thrilled to have THREE bathrooms and a washer/dryer! Very modern and clean. The outside patio was our favorite place to hang out for mornings and meals. We even got to watch a thunderstorm roll in one of the evenings. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Very responsive. She has a book of tips and suggestions in the apartment. We were about 10 minutes (walk) from the center of town (water taxis) and 5 minutes (drive) to the grocery store. 5 minute walk to the nearest pizzeria/ gelato. Note: you will have to walk uphill and up stairs to the apartment. One of the rooms is downstairs away from the main apartment. We didn't mind at all because we had teens upstairs. Might be more of an issue if you have little children. It all felt VERY safe in Bellagio. Be sure to try Dai Viga in town for a fast/ yummy lunch. They also sell dry pasta to take home. We cannot wait to come back someday again.

Difficult hike to lovely place.

The views from the patio were beautiful. It was a short walk to the center of Bellagio.

We enjoyed the whole area. I would warn others that the walk down the drive is a bit steep and 52 steps of stairs. But the view you have from all those steps is amazing.

Marzia is a great host and was very helpful during . The apartment is about 10-15 minutes from the town and it should be noted that it is mostly uphill. The views are truly amazing. The villa is a great location with the view being the key factor along with spacious accommodations. It is also very quiet given its separation from the town

Beautiful views and plenty of space in Bellagio

First off, Marzia is a great host who was very helpful during our stay! The apartment is about 10 minutes from old town (a lot of it uphill) and located in a nice local neighborhood. The views from the balcony are fantastic! The large bed on the ground floor was pretty firm, but the large bed downstairs was very comfortable. We stayed in the lovely room downstairs after the first night. It was helpful to have laundry in the apartment. Great location, very spacious, and highly recommended.
