Great stay in an excellent location

My husband and I had a great stay and look forward to visiting again in the future! Kyle made the check in process easy and was available if we needed anything. The place was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. You can’t beat the location which is an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in Montecito. The back yard was stunning and we had plenty of privacy. Everything was great!

Great place, close to town

We enjoyed our recent trip to Montecito and would recommend this unit to anyone. It was lovely, clean, and the host was very responsive. We were able to walk into town for meals, coffee and some shopping.

Perfect Summer Getaway

This property gets 5 stars in every category. We loved the location. It’s located near Coast Village Road in Montecito. Beautiful Butterfly Beach, shopping and restaurants are around the corner. Santa Barbara Harbor, hiking trails, golf, sailing, surfing, fishing, and kayaking are a short drive away. The property is beautiful. It is clean and very stylish. We spent a lot of time outside in the garden. It is the best part
There is a covered seating area with cushy outdoor sofas where we drank our morning coffee. There are lounge chairs in the sun. There is even a fire pit. Kyle, our hostess, made sure we had everything we needed. She left a list of her favorite hikes (don’t miss the Hot Springs Trail), restaurants and other “must do’s” in SB. Some reviewers mention the train and street noise. We did not have an issue with either. Yes, train tracks are nearby. As it was summer, we slept with the windows open. There was a fan in the bedroom. The white noise of it drowns out everything. We had a great time in Montecito and this property had alot to do with that. We will be back.

We have NO complaints. The property and the host could not be better. I think the shower/ tub could use a grab bar for the older folks or those with balance issues. We had a great stay. Perfect location.

The absolute best!!!

We can say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Our host was exceptional - very warm and welcoming. From lovely flower arrangements placed in the pied-a-terre to the amazing courtyard - everything was beautiful. The location could not have been better. We enjoyed walking to dinner most nights. With a grocery around the corner and beach access close by we had everything we needed close by. The bedroom was very comfortable as well as the sitting area. However, we spent most of our time in the courtyard. We hope to pay a return visit in the near future.

Bliss in Montecito

We found the location to be perfect with short walk to the town of Montecito and Buttery beach and quick access to the highway. When not out and about, the lovely backyard with comfortable seating area provided the ideal place to relax. The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming.

Comfort and location

This little gem is ideal for a solo traveler, like myself, or a couple. I enjoyed this place so much, I didn’t want to leave. It’s a short walk to the village and Von’s grocery. The host is very accommodating and responsive. The garden is magical. I look forward to returning soon.

City chic

This place is very high quality and super chic. Photos are perfectly accurate. Backyard is nice with lots of seating. Note: When outside or if window is open, you can hear the highway. This was a bummer as I love to hear nature sounds in this area-prevented a more relaxing environment. A nice surprise was Kyle’s awesome cat, Sugar, who basked in the sun with me on the outdoor couches. Love a friendly cat!

Delightful

Kyle was a wonderful host. She took care of everything we needed and was completely welcoming. The space was cheerful and inviting. The outdoors was a private garden that expanded our rental area.

In the Heart of Montecito

Location, incredible apartment, beautifully landscaped rear yard, and only blocks from great shopping and restaurants. Must dine at Merci and Tre Lune. Everything was spectacular and so relaxing. Kyle, the Owner, provides many recommendations, and is completely charming. A must stay!

Great Place to stay!

I would highly recommend this place to stay. Kyle is a perfect host and we did not want for anything. Close to the beach, restaurants and we were able to ride our bikes right from the house.

Hidden Gem

This property is a hidden gem located in walking distance to great coffee shops and restaurants. It’s hard to appreciate how beautiful the backyard garden is until you arrive and enjoy its full beauty. This property provides a complete indoor outdoor experience ! We will be back !
