We enjoyed a lovely week at this Villa. The house is spacious, the pool is large, and there is off road parking for at least 2 cars. Further parking on the street would also be easy. The house is well equipped with everything you might need. Our contact, Helena, is very nice and extremely helpful - she even answered the phone at 2300 one evening when we had a problem. I would recommend this villa for anyone seeking a family holiday

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would happily return. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a family holiday. The pool was a real highlight and was enjoyed every day.The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within easy reach, while still being peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was great throughout, and check-in was straightforward.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and made for a brilliant holiday. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable villa.

The villa was a great size for party of six. The only surprise was the sofa bed was actually a sofa you sleep on rather than a sofa that unfolds into a double etc but was very comfortable and there was plenty of sofas for us to sit together. The host Helena was in touch throughout and helpful when needed. There perhaps needs a few pans replacing as nonstick is damaged with scratches but other than that it was well equipped especially with the bbq too which was easy to use. The pool was the best we ever had on a villa rental and was maintenained well. We found the area lively and also calm and quiet depending on Scoobys on the corner but having own parking was great to guarantee your place. Nearby restaurants and the sports bar, cafe were all great and we checked out all supermarkets as all within 15min drive spar a 15 min walk. The nearest (Costello) beach was also easy for walking and parking if you get there early. It was a great holiday and the villa definitely made it. Thank you

Lovely property excellent grounds including fruit trees, pool large and had plenty of space for sunbathing 😎. Lovely area and very nice restaurants, would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The pool and bbq area were great for us and a nice area to spend time! Uber’s were easy and cheap enough to get into the old town, marina and the strip!Would definitely return!

Everything as expected. Good communications with Helena. It really is a 10 minute walk to a beach. Car not needed, although we used taxis a few times for supermarkets and town visits. Lovely place to stay for our family of 7

Fantastic villa

The villa and pool were lovely, nice big garden. Villa was well equipped and nice and spacious. Some great restaurants near by. Took us about 35 minutes to walk to the marina. Great communication from the Cristina the owner. Thanks for a great stay

Great villa, location, holiday

Clean spacious villa, both inside and outside. Kitchen facilities were good and a lovely welcome touch with providing sunglasses for our three girls. Pool good size and temperature, which was needed as it was very hot when we went. Great location for a number of good restaurants. I would recommend this to others.

The perfect family getaway. Brilliantly located, loads of good restaurants within walking distance, Albufeira marina 5 minutes up the road. Quiet area, lovely pool. Frankly, the only criticism is that the pictures don't do it justice! 10/10

Wonderful Villa near Albufeira

We had a lovely holiday in this villa! Cristiana was very kind an helpful for us. She provided all the needs for our children. We were in this villa with three little children and all that we could wish for was there. From cots to childrens tableware. We enjoyed the time at the pool and the outside area. There are three small beaches on walking distance. Albufeira is close, you can go by car and that takes about 10 minutes. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Lovely spacious villa, communication was good from Helena. The Villa was spotlessly clean. We stayed for 10 nights and had a clean half way through with new towels and linen change. The location was good we used Ubers a lot to go to the old town, harbour and visited the water park. Helena helped us book a days golf too. If I had to find any fault in anything I’d say the beds are a bit hard (but you can’t please everyone!) Beautiful pool and gardens. The villa has 3 recently refurbished bathrooms. We’ve stayed in a lot of villas over the years and although not the most modern it was great for us! We had a lovely holiday and would return. Thank you for having us!
The local beach was 12 min walk away.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the pool. As explained to the Host, the "flappers" at the skimmers were missing (pool man said broken because of people jumping in the pool!) and there was hardly any suction in the skimmer. There were a lot of leaves in the pool during our first week. (Gardener needed to remove dead branches and leaves from trees and bushes - all looked unkempt). When the pool was running leaves would typically float past the skimmer as no suction to draw them in. If one did, when the pool stopped running it would just float back out again! The usual dirt/pollen/dust etc. you typically find on the surface of a pool was never removed because of the total inefficiency of the pool set-up. Very disappointing.The headrests on the main sofa in the lounge were broken which made watching TV extremely uncomfortable. I notified the Host of a protruding nail - pointed end - on the sofa arm, on which fortunately neither of us cut our arms. I told the Host I had covered the nail end with padding and to repair this after we left.Thank you to Helena for providing a teapot. A pizza tray and cutter would have been useful and some SHARP knives. The maid service was excellent and greatly appreciated.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. La maison est très propre est bien équipée. En plus il y a de petites plages charmantes et restaurants à proximité. Merci beaucoup à Sandra et Helena pour leur réactivité et gentillesse. A recommander !

Diese Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man benötigte. Egal ob in der Küche oder dem Grill, sogar Badetücher für den Pool waren für jeden vorhanden. Im Ort waren viele Geschäft, gute Restaurants und die Strände waren ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.Bei Fragen konnte ich die Gastgeberin sehr gut erreichen und sie half sofort weiter.Der Außenbereich wurde vor und während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt. Alle waren sehr freundlich.Ich empfehle ein Auto zu mieten, da es im Umkreis wunderbare Ausflugsziele erreichen kann, Albufeira Altstadt, Aquashow Waterland in Quarteira, Surfen am Strand, Scoobys Bar um die Ecke mit Pool und gutem Essen und Frühstück. Wir waren zu siebt in dem Haus und hatten alle ausreichend Platz gemeinsam, und auch, wenn wir uns zurückziehen wollten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein schönes Haus mit großzügigen Räumen. Für 6 Personen ideal. Der Pool war sauber und sorgte für Abkühlung. Für uns war die Lage des Hauses perfekt. Fussläufig zum Strand und ein etwas längerer Spaziergang zum Supermarkt. Wir waren am Tag der Anreise zu früh, Konnten das Haus aber trotzdem schon beziehen. Wir würden wiederkommen!Was sollte der Vermieter trotzdem noch besser machen:Polster für die Poolliegen wären schön. Polster für die harten Steinbänke notwendig. Und es sollten Gartenstühle mit Rückenlehnen zur Verfügung stehen.

Erholung an der Algarve

Sehr geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Der Garten mit Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung viele nette Lokale, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch kleinere und größere Badestrände.
