Studio de luxe nouvellement construit avec jardin ensoleillé, WIFI, climatisation et télévision Sky

Il s'agit d'un studio récemment construit (janvier 2018), achevé à un niveau très élevé. Il se compose d'un espace ouvert prévu où vous trouverez un grand lit king size avec des armoires miroir entièrement équipées, donnant sur un salon avec un grand canapé, un téléviseur et une table basse, ce qui à son tour mène à la cuisine intégrée entièrement équipée, y compris un réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle, four et plaque de cuisson. Il y a aussi une salle de douche près de la chambre à coucher composée d'une grande cabine de douche, de toilettes, d'un lavabo et d'un lave-linge.

Il y a une unité de climatisation dans le studio, qui fonctionne à pièces, pour assurer que votre séjour soit confortable à toutes les températures. Il y a un très bon wifi dans le studio, qui est gratuit. Le studio est également livré avec un package complet Sky TV pour que vous puissiez en profiter, y compris Sky Movies, Sky Sports, BT Sports, etc., et cela est également inclus gratuitement.

À l'extérieur du studio se trouve une cour totalement privée et ensoleillée, avec une grande table et des chaises à l'extérieur, ainsi que 2 chaises longues. Il y a aussi un barbecue au charbon de bois Weber pour que vous profitiez au maximum de l'expérience extérieure. Vous trouverez également un séchoir à linge dans la cour.

Le studio est situé dans une communauté résidentielle calme avec un magasin local à seulement 2 minutes à pied - idéal pour ces petits morceaux quotidiens! Le centre-ville de Playa Blanca est à seulement 15 minutes à pied de l'appartement, où vous trouverez une grande sélection de magasins, restaurants, bars et plages.

Studio Apartment long stay

The property is exactly what it says on the tin. Lovely place to stay for 2 people on a long or short term basis. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for your stay. Comfortable king-size bed and very good large shower. Good TV package with numerous choices of programmes. Outside space is adequate and a real sun trap. The owners, who live next door, are not in the habit of disturbing you, but Kirsty is always on hand with any problems you have, if any. There is a really good bar, El Tonel, which is about a 10 minute walk away, where you can get really good food at a reasonable price. All in all we had a great 5 weeks at this property and would recommend.

Der Aufenthalt in dem besagten Appartement hat mir insgesamt gefallen. Beeindruckend ist die Ausstattung (Küche, deutsches Fernsehen, WE-FI), die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings ca. 15 Min. vom Ort, Läden, Restaurants, Strand. Gartenmöbel, Sofa, Bett erscheinen erneuerungsbedürftig. Freundliche Gastgeber

Christmas Vacation

Absolutely wonderful holiday. Apartment was all we expected, and more. We were particularly pleased with the fact that the water was always hot! The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and a quick communication with the owners regarding a small problem with a light and the safe (which we had managed to lock whilst open!), resulted in a visit from the owner to address the issues. Everything we needed was provided, bed was very comfortable, we could not have wished for better accommodation. There was a local shop nearby for necessities and details in the property’s information file for a shortcut to walk to the seafront in just 15 minutes. We would certainly recommend this apartment.

Enjoyable long stay

We stayed for 4 weeks in this lovely studio which is actually attached to the owner’s property but don’t be put off because it’s we only met the owners once about a problem with the safe. The studio is well equipped & the tv has loads of channels to choose from, definitely required for the evenings & a nice sunny courtyard from about 10 until 3 O’clock which is good for Jan/Feb and there is an electrically operate sun canopy. It’s centrally located in a good area & is about a 20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. There’s a local supermarket 5 mins away and 10 mins to a popular local bar on edge of the industrial zone (again don’t be put off ) called El Tonel, good food reasonably priced. We had a really enjoyable stay and will recommend to friends.

Christmas break

My husband and I stayed here from 17th Dec until 28th Dec. We found the studio to be exactly as described. It has been furnished to a very high standard. The sofa and the bed were extremely comfortable. The tv package was excellent giving us access to a huge selection of channels including catch up tv, as well as movies etc. At this time of year that was important to us. A couple of very minor issues - No Christmas decorations. No change of towels or bedding. Kirsty however did provide another set of beach towels when asked so that I could get the other ones washed and dried. Because of the time of year and the sun being low it was difficult to find space in the sun for both sun loungers at the same time. At other times of the year I imagine it would be the sun trap as described in previous reviews. Would we stay again? Absolutely! But at a different time of year.

Superb accommodation in a great location!

This studio is fantastic and furnished to a high end spec! The courtyard is a lovely way to chill out and catch the sun rays or even take shade with the option of the electric sun canopy. It's location is a 15 min walk into Main Street Playa Blanca and so in a quiet neighbourhood. We loved walking in and out to town on a daily basis. Despite the owners of the property living next door you don't even see them....unless of course you need them and they are to hand immediately. We arrived after 10pm and so to find a bottle of fizz, pate, ham, cheese, Melba toast, crisps, milk and water was just the treat! There is a local shop to purchase basic amenities and we can recommend the nearest bar called El Tonel which is next to a tyre shop and serves home cooked dishes at a very reasonable price. The pizzas are amazing and quite substantial...enough for 2! We would certainly recommend this property and would like to say a big thank you to Kirsty for your hosipitality....the studio is a credit to you and your family!

We had a fantastic stay the studio is exactly as the pictures show. The outside terrace is a sun trap with sun from around 10:30 am in the morning until around 6:00 pm in the evening. The TV has every sports and entertainment channels you could ever wish for. The studio is in a quiet location which is approx 15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca. Kirsty was extremely helpful from the initial enquiry, having the property ready for our early arrival and also having to ask her to pop round and reset the safe. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again

Really nice, modern studio set in a quiet area of Playa Blanca with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The outside area was well set out and a definite sun trap. Fantastic Studio Apartment Playa Blanca

Absolutely nothing negative to say about the Studio. Easy 15 minute stroll to the centre of Playa Blanca and a good choice of restaurants if you don’t want to cook - full cooking facilities are in the Studio however. No need to hire a car if you don’t fancy driving. The outdoor patio is fully enclosed and a suntrap. Loads of TV channels including all your Sky favourites. Good internet connection. We didn’t actually meet up with Kirsty and Trevor but did send a couple of e-mails and received prompt responses. Playa Blanca is the place for a nice relaxing holiday and the Studio is well worth considering.

The patio is certainly a sun trap, and for that reason we have just had an electric awning installed, so that if you do need to take a break from the sunshine, you can still enjoy sitting outside, without getting over-heated! First class appointed studio.

Brand new studio apartment fitted to a vey high standard. Beautifully appointed for a couple within walking distance of town , bars and restaurants. Excellent television and WiFi reception. Very pleasant outside sunny area. Owners very friendly and helpful.
