Great stay at Vista Cay

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Property was very clean and well equipped. The location is ideal - next to the pool and gym/clubhouse and within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. The property manager was very communicative throughout the week. We look forward to staying here again!

Worlds 2025 Cheer Trip

The condo I was provided did not match the description on listing and the address was different. We reserved a first floor unit and when we arrived were given a different address and 2nd floor condo. The floors in the condo we were given were dirty, the rest of the condo was neat. When I reserved the condo there was no mention that the pool was closed, one week prior to arriving I was sent an email indicating that it had already been Closed for an extended time for renovation. The new condo address I was given was across the street from the other property so we had to walk a good distance to get to a pool. The pool was very nice and the property itself was beautiful and located in a great place

This condo was perfect for our trip to Universal, great location. The condo was very clean and Gary (host) was very accommodating. Enjoyed the pool complex on off hours and having a Publix in walking distance was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone planning an Orlando trip!

My wife and I stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. We have stayed in Vista Cay before, but not this property, and we love the location. It is very convenient. Gary, our host, was very responsive and we would use them again.

Wonderful stay

The property owners were so accommodating. We were in from St. Louis for a conference and we cooked meals in to save money. They even brought us a sharper knife and cleaning supplies we needed for the stay. I was so impressed with how kind and attentive they were. Would definitely go back again!!

Apartment was very neat and clean.

Rental process and check in were very easy. Owners are thorough. Emails were sent for basics, and they sent extra info for things to do. Items were labeled and tips for use were posted next to items. Instructions were even provided for tv remotes! The grounds and pool were nice. Apartment was nice, spacious, tidy, and very clean. Location was convenient to just about everything. Owners left us a note with chocolates. My kids thought that was great!

Convenient Location with unknowns...

There were pros and cons to our stay. The biggest pro was that the location was conveniently placed very near everything we wanted to do, but some of that was expected and booked that way. The biggest Con was that the nightlife in the immediate area was very few to choose from and also the pool is NOT connected to or even near the clubhouse. The pool is just the pool and hot tub and the clubhouse which had the workout area, arcade and bar was a considerable distance away. It was far enough to be very inconvenient. If we would have known this, we would likely have booked somewhere else. Overall, it was a good stay and nothing exactly negative to report. Just some things that were disappointing and inconvenient.

Clean, amazing location, plenty of room.

I'm very picky about cleanliness and this property exceeded my expectations. I love that they request that shoes are removed in the main areas of the home. You can tell people must abide by it, because our socks were clean! The drive to Universal and Seaworld is quick and easy. The grocery store is really convenient, safe, and clean. Lots of places to eat nearby too. This is a great property. We were checked on often too. Great stay. Thanks!

Location is key! Communication is essential.

The condo was just as listed and was quaintly appointed. The location could not be beat! 15 minutes to everything Disney, Universal and Airport. Gary was amazing with keeping in contact throughout the entire process even calling just to make sure all was well. The main pool was always crowded however the smaller pool by this condo was perfect. Need grocery? Publix is in the parking lot. You won't be disappointed with this unit and resort.

We stayed here for a family vacation to Universal. The condo was spacious and had plenty of amenities. Very convenient to Publix and other stores. The main pool was warm and the pool bar was great for frozen drinks! Property manager was very responsive and attentive.

The apartment was perfect and the property could not have been better! We loved every minute of our stay. The apartment was well equipped, perfectly located, and the management was on top of everything - even checking in with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was okay. Beautiful Condo with amazing amenities

This property was perfect for our business trip to the area. Bob and Gary were the perfect hosts and though of just about everything we might need. The rooms were spacious, clean, and furnished nicely. The beds were very comfortable and the owners provided extra bedding and pillows to meet different weather conditions and guest preferences. We didn't stay in much as we had several meetings in the area, but when we did, the choice of pools and features like a pool bar, game rooms, and adjacent shops and stores made everything easy. If we come to Orlando again, this is where we will stay!

Spacious family spot

When I travel, I need the comforts of home. A bed that I don't have to share with my son. A real coffee pot (not a pod on top of a mini fridge.) The thought of staying in a hotel room for a full week was too much to bare, but this place fit the bill. Family friendly with a great pool and lots of room to spread out. 10 minutes to Universal and 20 minutes to downtown Disney made it a really convenient location. Loved that there was a Publix right there for some convenient grab and go snacks and meals. It was the perfect spot for our family trip.

Great Location and Condo

The check-in process was easy. The place was clean and everything we needed was there. The staff ensured we were taken care of especially when we had an issue with the water dispenser... they brought 2 gallons of water until they could resolve the issue. The location was idea for visiting Sea World, Icon Park and Universal. Also there were a grocery store and restaurants in walking distance from the condo. For a first experience with the property l, going to take a lot to top this. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Condo In Every Way!

We stayed here 4 nights to visit Universal. It is situated perfectly for easy entry to the park and return to the condo. The furniture was nice and comfortable, beds excellent, and the kitchen had every convenience. The two pools are heated and made even a chilly day comfortable in the water. The condo is walking distance to Publix and some smaller restaurants. We recommend subs from Publix, pizza at NYPD and especially burgers at Beth's Burgers (we went back the second night!) Communication with the owners was perfect and even on a Sunday I got a prompt response. The condo also had twin beds in one room and this is hard to find. When you travel with kids it's nice to have twin beds rather than a queen. I would highly recommend this for any family - price and enjoyability are great!

13 min to universal and very easy to get there from house. 5 min from sea world. Love that the grocery store and some take out were right across parking lot. House very clean. Had everything we needed. Check in was great... there was none!!!! Love the key pad to unlock doors. Owners very responsive. Pool with hot tub and wet bar/snack bar awesome. Would definitely stay again!!!

We visited Orlando for a baseball tournament and the property was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside is they need to add more dishes and towels. Other than that it was nothing short of amazing. Owner was attentive and stayed in contact with me!
