Excellent location in Rialto, where we could walk out the door for great dining, shopping & gorgeous architecture. Despite that, the apt was very quiet. There were stairs to climb, but if you can handle that, this is a clean, comfortable choice in the heart of Venice.

Very nice host who communicated promptly and effectively. Apartment was clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom is small but functional. Users should be aware of 40 steps to the 4th floor but access was not a problem with 2 backpacks and 2 carryon luggage.

Happy we picked this place!

Very clean, great location, excellent hosts who helped us with arrangements for the train, the Alilaguna and vaporetto and again in general getting around as we had no experience traveling in Europe.
