This is a nice beach apartment - the proximity to the beach cannot be beat! The host was quick to communicate. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very cute and the beds were very comfortable! When we arrived there were a few cleaning issues. I sent a measage and within 15 minutes there was someone there to fix everything!

A Perfect Getaway

My husband and I, newly empty nesters, decided to enjoy a few days at the beach while visiting my niece. This condo was better than expected. It was roomy, well equipped and comfortable.

This property is older but well maintained. The unit had everything you could possibly need/want. Very quiet. We would stay here again.

Everything was great! Tbh i found 1 little bug in a drawer, but its literally a few ft from the beach and BIG water LOL by no means infested, the unit was very clean, comfy, quiet and safe. Ill be staying here again count on it.

Cozy Condo By The Beach

This was a great place to stay. It was everything we needed for a week at the beach. I love the quiet neighborhood this condo is located in. It’s a quick drive to the pier and shops on Cocoa Beach, as well as great places to eat in Cape Canaveral. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

On the beach

I am so glad we found this place to stay. Clean with extras such as beach towels and beach chairs, and it was as close to the beach as we could find. There were phone numbers listed in case we needed anything. For my next visit to Cocoa Beach i will definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was quiet and the two neighbors I met were so friendly and helpful! The beach was so peaceful at this location! The private feel of the beach is the best part. I was only disappointed with the laundry facility. I had to find quarters which I didn’t know to bring with me, but by the time I left all 3 washing machines were taking quarters without working.

Great Stay!

Very good beach access on the North side of Cocoa Beach away from the "party crowds", but close enough to walk if you want that. Very clean, unit, roomy rooms, equipped kitchen. Was everything my 2 teen boys and I needed.
