Tomber en amour avec l'atmosphère de détente dans cette belle nouvelle maison de 3 chambres rénové, situé directement sur le terrain de golf.
Superbe suite au premier étage maître dispose d'un lit king size, TV grand écran plat, salle de bains avec Travertino pierre et dressing.
La deuxième chambre avec un lit queen très confortable est tondait le bain avec l'interpolation chambre. Toutes les chambres disposent d'un téléviseur à écran plat et sont décorées avec goût avec de la literie et de nombreux oreillers moelleux confortable!
Notre cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, espace salle à manger décontractée et bar ouvre à la salle à manger avec une vue magnifique sur le parcours de golf vous fournir tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer vos repas.
Après avoir passé une journée dans les parcs ou jouer au golf, profiter d'un cocktail, faire cuire une coupe fine de la viande à l'épicerie locale et dîner en plein air sur la terrasse couverte spacieuse et terrasse extérieure. Vous allez adorer assis sur le bord de la piscine tout en regardant les couchers de soleil magiques, levers boire un verre ou tout simplement aider à un arrêt de golf. Regardez les étoiles et d'entendre les grenouilles vous chante une bonne nuit de la cour de golf.

Great location!

Master bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We opted for pool heat because it was chilly in December and it was wonderful. We hope to be back again soon.

Comfortable and convenient

The house was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and the Disney parks. We relaxed every evening relaxed in the screened-in lanai and pool area. We’ll definitely rent from Nicole and her team again.

Just as described!! Quiet neighborhood minutes away from the Disney and other attractions. We had a small problem with the grill but upon contacting property manager, it was fixed within 2 hours. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a bit of a hiccup at check-in, as the owner gave me the wrong address to the property I had booked. I was able to contact her, and she corrected it right away. The home was nice and clean, and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, which is always a bonus.

Wonderful trip

The property was very comfortable. We loved everything about the place. We especially enjoyed being so close to the 4th hole of the golf course. We enjoyed watching the golfers every day from the patio and through the glass sliding doors when inside . Every Saturday night the neighbors in the house across the golf course partied with extremely loud music which you could hear even with the doors closed. Our stay would have been perfect except for that one neighbor.

Mom/Son getaway

We had a great time staying in this beautiful home. My son enjoyed the pool every single day. Location was close to everything you could need: restaurants, groceries, gas, shopping, and theme parks. Traffic made travel times a little longer than expected so leave a little extra time to get where you are going. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part (one evening loud music played until about 11 pm). The property manager stopped in to check on us and was very kind and helpful. Thanks for a great vacation!

The outdoor area shown in the advertisement's photos isn't representative. Outside, the furniture is old and desperately needs replacing. The pool and porch weren't clean, simply filthy. Even though I indicated during booking that we wanted to use the BBQ immediately and several times, and specifically asked if it was clean and working, this wasn't the case upon arrival. There was also no more gas in the gas cylinder for this BBQ We couldn't cook the meat we'd already purchased on the BBQ, even though we booked this accommodation partly for the BBQ. The host's response to my inquiry about the dirty BBQ was unbecoming, poor communication, and completely lacking in understanding!I don't recommend this accommodation to anyone.

A really great stay

This villa was perfect for the two of us. Lovely quiet mature community ( stayed September '24). Everything we could want as to facilities in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms & laundry room ( modern front loading washing machine & tumble dryer). As per info supplied, both bathrooms have showers - not baths which was no problem to us & these were large with very good water supply. Lay out was lovely, just as in the photos. Great outdoor pool with nice lanai for sitting in the shade/eating and an area for relaxing in the sun. Pool was tended while we were there to keep water clean and topped up. Flat screen TV's supplied & very fast secure WiFi. Lovely comms from owner Nicole when we booked & property manager Mauro was very friendly & called to ask if we needed anything. Handy for shops ( good Aldi nearby on 192) restaurants, Disney and for travelling further afield. Great experience, would definitely book this villa again.

Not a place I would recommend

Kitchen was not clean upon arrival. Shrimp tails in the sink, jelly on the counter tops and ants everywhere. Also the ceiling fan in the living room didn't work. Several wall outlets didn't work. There were NO wash clothes in the house. The neighborhood was not well groomed and car parked in the streets. The house is a LONG ways away from universal and the downtown area. We spent a lot of time driving. I would not stay in this house again.

Dear Sheila, thank you for your candid review regarding your stay in our villa, even if I must recognize we where much surprised about your comments. We have 14 properties in the area and 6 villas in the same street and we are working with our cleaning team from many years and have never got any kind of complain regarding the cleaning. Hoverer, we understand that sometime some missing during this process can occur so we always kindly ask to call us if you have any kind of issue during your stay as we are available 24h for any inconvenience. Just a short call would resolve your problem as our staff is in the area all day long. In any case, we are having a meeting with our cleaning staff regarding. The ants... we are in Florida and this are very common. Sometime when food is left outside they found the way to arrive to this one. In our emails of confirmation we always advise to not live food outside as for the ants. However all our villas are pest controlled but sometime small ants can enter also inside. Thank you for advising, we have already take care of this. Again, just a short call would resolved the issue. I would like to remember you that you've stayed in a Pick season period, New Year, when most of us have familiar or friends visiting. The exterior parking place is for 2 cars so the neighbours guest have parked on the street. I think this is normal for this period of the year almost everywhere. Our community it's a Golf course community and of course depend of the taste on each one but we have never receive complain about the community area. Kind regards, Nicole

A great find at very short notice!

The villa was very clean. Despite not living in the US,Nicole (the owner) always responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay and was very accommodating to any requests we had. There was a minor issue with the house bathroom toilet which was rectified within less than two hours of us reporting it to Nicole,by her maintenance man Mauro,who was friendly and informative. The villa is set on a lovely peaceful estate,with a golf course running through it right behind the villa.It was interesting to watch the golfers play and have a chat with some of them.Lake Davenport is just a short walk away and my husband got some stunning photos of the sunrises there,plus stunning photos of the sunsets standing just outside of the pool screen at the villa.On our last Sunday morning we had the pleasure of watching at least 6 hot air balloons fly over the villa,with their occupants calling good morning to us, again some great photo opportunities. We got Cranes walking past the villa too, plus regular visits from a couple of squirrels. We would have no problem recommending this or any of the other villas that Nicole owns and would certainly stay here or at one of her other villas ourselves again.

over het algemeen was het huis en de locatie prima voor de tijd die we er doorbrachten.Schoonmaak kon beter, er lagen nog haren in het doucheputje en ook lag er nog op diverse plekken stof. Er wordt gevraagd om de laatste dag het beddengoed alvast te wassen, maar er was geen wasmiddel. we hebben een flink bedrag betaald voor de schoonmaak, dus dat kun je toch verwachten dat er een fles wasmiddel staat. ook waren er 2 blokjes voor de vaatwasser. Door de storm was het insectennet over het zwembad op diverse plekken los gescheurd, natuurlijk kan dit op zo een korte termijn niet vervangen worden, maar de verhuurder had de loshangende stukken wel kunnen verwijderen. Dit zijn maar kleine dingetjes voor een verhuurder om te doen, voordat de huurders komen.De buurt was netjes, 1 dag hadden de buren een flinke ruzie en werd er over en weer gedreigd, maar daar kan de verhuurder natuurlijk niets aan doen.

We enjoyed our stay. The listing was very accurate to description and photos. Unfortunately because of the weather we did not get to use the pool much, but the covered patio was great to hang out on.
