Au coeur de Seagrove - Serenity maintenant au Beachwood Villas

Nous espĂ©rons que vous apprĂ©cierez votre sĂ©jour Ă  Beachwood Villas Ă  Seagrove Beach. Serenity Now est idĂ©alement situĂ© sur 30A au coeur de Seagrove et Ă  seulement 1, 5 miles Ă  l'est de Seaside. Ce condo d'une chambre Ă  coucher et d'une salle de bain a Ă©tĂ© redĂ©corĂ© en 2017 (nouveaux meubles, dĂ©corations et peinture). Il dort 6 avec un lit queen dans le maĂźtre, un grand canapĂ©-lit, et deux lits jumeaux murphy; et comporte des appareils plus rĂ©cents, des comptoirs en granit, des armoires en Ă©rable, des planchers de tuiles, et une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse. Notre condo est une unitĂ© de fin avec plus de fenĂȘtres et plus calme sans condos voisins. SituĂ© en face du complexe, juste en face de la promenade au sucre blanc des plages de sable de la CĂŽte d'Emeraude. Condo est situĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des courts de tennis et une des deux piscines communautaires.

AprÚs le plaisir au soleil, vous pouvez regarder la télévision sur la nouvelle "TV à écran plat 46, ou vous détendre sur la terrasse meublée. Chambre dispose également d'une télévision. La communauté dispose de deux piscines (1 chauffée en hiver), des courts de tennis, jeu de palets, soulevé des promenades en bois, aire de jeux, aires de grillades en plein air, et un aménagement paysager luxuriant. Il y a aussi beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants à distance de marche.

Clean Comfortable Accommodations in a Perfect Location

This is a wonderful place to stay for beach getaway. Beach access is a short walk away. It’s conveniently situated between Seaside and Rosemary beach for shopping and eating.

We had a great vacation, the condo is right across the street from the beach, the boardwalk to the beach is very convenient to the room. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Pools are great. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing beach getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay at this lovely condo! Short walk to the beach and Sara was so sweet in answering any of our questions. We definitely recommend coming here again, we did not want to leave!

Great Stay!

The location is wonderful, with it being only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is also in a not as busy area compared to rosemary beach, or where the 30A food trucks are. There is just enough space. There is a gas station within walking distance as well. The pool was very close to the condo and spacious. The only downsides were having only 2.5 rolls of toliet paper for 4 people for 5 days, so we had to buy some. Dish soap and laundry detergent were also basically empty as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Nice Place

Place is clean, right across the street from the beach and has plenty of parking. The decor is a bit sparse and seems a bit arbitrary, but it grew on me after awhile. The pool and tennis courts are right there and the grounds are very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great price for the location! So close to everything in the heart of 30A and the beach. The condo has a nice pool and very quiet atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the balcony is nice.

We had a great stay! Perfect location, easy walk to the beach, had beach chairs, umbrella, every thing we needed. Only complaint is that the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable which was a struggle being 9 months pregnant during the stay. Would still stay here again!

Best Condo in the Complex!

I have stayed at several condos in this complex over the last few years and this one was by far my favorite! They keep the home in great condition and have every amenity you could need. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Getaway

Stayed at Serenity Now for our honeymoon! The condo was the perfect place for us to get away for a few days. Great access to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, bike rentals, etc. Had a small issue with checking in due to a mistype, but owner Sara was very quick with solving the problem & getting back to us within 5 minutes of contact.

Sara, the owner, is very responsive and friendly. She provided us with some excellent recommendations for dining! The property itself was clean, which is always my first concern when staying away from home. The location is very convenient as well. The only complaint I would list would be the internet service which was extremely slow. However, since you are most likely there for a vacation, that may not be a bad thing.

Absolutely Amazing!

Me and my sister took a trip to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of life after the passing of our precious mom. This slice of heaven was exactly what we needed. It provided peace, comfort, and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy being away together to celebrate our mom. This place is so nice and I highly recommend for a small family or a couple to get away for a week. It’s affordable and puts you right in a great place on 30A across from the beautiful beaches! I am so thankful we picked this place! It was absolutely perfect! We will be back!

Overall cute place! Stairs going up to unit are scary, slight slope to them. A few things need attention-no lock from inside, appliances older, Be sure you have paper goods before you arrive as not much provided. Easy walk to get to the beach.

We first visited 30A in 2006 and fell in love with the area. We live in Franklin TN and enjoy boating, going to the beach, hiking, and anything outdoors.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Perfect location with easy beach access. The Beachwood Villas community has lots of amenities (2 pools, tennis courts, walking paths, shuffleboard, etc.) and is in walking distance to Seaside and many other great restaurants and shops.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Serenity Now is an end unit on the 2nd (top) floor. It has lots of natural light, and overlooks one of the two community pools and tennis courts as well as the beautiful lush landscaping. The grounds are beautifully manicured with lots of green (palm trees, magnolias, pine trees, etc.). Sitting on the furnished outdoor patio you quickly feel like you are at a resort.
