Extra Large Rénové 4 chambres-12 personnes dans King / Queens-Right On Beach !!

2800 PIEDS DE LUXE SUR LA PLAGE, il s'agit en fait de deux condos qui ont été transformés en un seul, vous avez donc toute la façade du septième étage pour vous tout seul. Le meilleur de tous? C'est juste sur la plage! Il s'agit d'un quatre chambres, trois salles de bain complètes, 2800 pieds carrés, avec une vue incroyable sur l'eau de chaque pièce. Il se trouve directement sur la plage de Pensacola. Situé à Regency Towers vers Portofino, il dispose d'une belle grande piscine et d'un accès à la plage privée. Les caractéristiques comprennent un balcon double face à la plage, d'environ 40 pieds de long, deux suites parentales chacune avec salle de bain privée, une chambre d'hôtes avec deux lits queen, une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen size, un canapé-lit queen size avec une mise à niveau de 5 "d'épaisseur matelas en mousse de gel, buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, deux réfrigérateurs pleine grandeur dans l'unité, cuisine entièrement équipée, coin dinette séparé avec des sièges pour 8, très grand salon avec TVHD 50 "et deux tables de jeu pour 4 personnes, bluetooth haut-parleur étanche pour la plage, douche multi-têtes et baignoire jacuzzi en maître, serviettes de plage, chaises, parasol, planches de skim et grande glacière fournies. Nous fournissons des kits de démarrage de sacs poubelle 1-2, de papier toilette 1-2, de serviettes en papier 1, de linge 1 et de dosettes 1. Vous n'avez donc pas à courir au magasin tout de suite !!

Beautiful views (watched the sunrise every morning) and great space for my family of ten. We had ages ranges from 9 to 83 years old. The cleanliness was the only issue- the owners did let us know they are in the process of changing cleaning companies to help with opportunities noted. Everything else was easy and no issues.

This is our 3rd year to stay at this condo. Check in is so smooth, we love the layout and spacious living area. This 4 bedroom condo is perfect for our large family. We always vacationed in Destin for 20 years but Pensacola Beach is less crowded and no traffic (most of the time but not Destin traffic). We just got home today and have next year booked already.

Great get-away

We had a wonderful time. We had 8 adults and 2 children. It was just the right size. There are 2 balconies to sit on and the beach toys are in a closet between the two. We loved our time here and booked again for next year!!

About the owner: We are so pleased you are considering our vacation rental. Our names are Michael and Michelle Wardlaw and we have enjoyed Pensacola Beach now for about sixteen years. I moved to Pensacola from Cincinnati, OH where I was a featured ballet dancer with Cincinnati Ballet. I am now Co-Director of LaBelle Performing Arts and Artistic Director of Pensacola Youth Ballet. My wife and I also own Pier Suite, a beachfront event space here on Pensacola Beach. Previously, she spent twelve years teaching in the Escambia County school district, working with children with severe disabilities. Having traveled the world as a dancer, and being in theatre all my life, I have developed a deep appreciation of good customer service, clean accommodations, and great atmosphere. It has always been a dream of mine to own and operate rental properties...I honestly thought it would be in residential properties, but when my wife and I had the opportunity to purchase beach condos, we both fell in love with the idea. We have owned four beach rentals, three here in Pensacola Beach and the other in Gulf Shores Alabama. As we decorated and furnished these units we took into consideration all the amenities we have enjoyed through the years in our vacations and while traveling. Some of the amenities we include are beach towels for each guest, a bluetooth speaker you can carry to the beach, hair dryers in each bathroom, electrical outlets with built in usb charging, Keurig coffee maker as well as standard, flashlights for late night walks, a dvd movie collection, and a pair of binoculars. We have tried to encorporate a little bit of ourselves into each condo in order to make it more inviting and functional for our guests and our own family. We hope we are able to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and most of all, a good memory for years to come.

While looking for condos to purchase in our area we discovered Regency Towers. We had decided to look for a condo that could accommodate multiple families, and when this double unit came available we fell in love. The condo sits at the front of the seventh floor overlooking the gulf, so you have the entire wing of the building to yourself. The complex is very well maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds and a large pool area that sits right on the beach. The property offers a double tennis court, brand new clubhouse and fitness center, bicycle storage, and laundry facilities. Many guests enjoy the culinary scene here..With delectable dining establishments, lively libation locales and charming culinary festivals aplenty, the food & drink scene in the Pensacola Bay Area serves up some serious flavor. It doesn’t matter if you’re a food critic connoisseur or a casual-dining foodie, Pensacola offers breathtaking water-front dining restaurants, historic hole-in-the-wall eateries, sophisticated martini bars, and lively up-and-coming hotspots that will appease any vacationer’s palette – guaranteed.
