Private Beach Cottage rez-de-chaussée. Cet appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée dispose de deux chambres, une salle de bain, Salon et manger dans la cuisine, le Maßtre a un lit queen et 2Úme chambres disposent de 2 lits jumeaux. Salle de séjour a un canapé-lit. L'appartement est entiÚrement meublé comprenant laveuse et sécheuse, literie, cuisine bien équipée et appareils électroménagers. Best place on LBK!

Cute cottage in a perfect location-close to beach, restaurants and places to visit. We've stayed here 2 times and can't wait to come back. There is everything you need and owners are very responsive. Thank you Gail and Karl!

Wonderful Place!

Great location, very clean and cozy and by leaps and bounds the best supplied rental I have ever stayed in! I don’t think I’ve ever had paper products, beach chairs, umbrellas & carts supplied before! The photos very accurately depicted the house. Fast internet and nice TVs in each room. On a sad note, I suffered an ankle injury just before arriving and Gail emailed to check on me! Wonderful communication overall! Thanks so much for sharing your vacation home!

Stay in N Longboat

We loved staying in North Longboat. The condo was a five minute walk to the beach. Had many miles of sidewalk to safely ride bikes and close to fishing piers. The condo was nicely furnished and very well stocked with supplies. Looking forward to another stay!

Wonderful Getaway!

I highly recommend this vacation home! The location was perfect, just a very short walk to 2 beach access points. So convenient! And the home was very well stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed; cooking supplies, towels, beach toys, bikes, beach cart, beach chairs, etc. It was also so nice having a washer and dryer because it allowed us to pack lighter. The owners are very responsive if you need anything at all. Stay here and you definitely won’t be sorry!

Everything was fantastic the place could use new windows and the tree over the driveway drops berries that stick to your feet and cause a problem with cleanliness of going into the condo other than that great place will stay again

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This experience was perfect. The room had every item we needed. The decorations were cheerful. The bed was so comfortable. I also loved that we had plenty of supplies. The location was ideal as we had a short walk to the beach. I will definitely return!

Always a wonderful stay!

This was our third time staying for the month of March. We feel at home here now, it is a perfect little gem. Everything you need is provided by the owners. The bikes this year were an awesome addition, we loved exploring the neighbourhood.

Great Spot in Quiet LBK

Very clean, cute cottage close to beaches. Everything we needed was provided including paper products, soap, detergent and equipment for the beach including new bikes. Owners very responsive. We loved it here!

Great stay

The apartment was just like the photos. It's a walking distance to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen. There was parking on site. Checking in and out was a breeze and I had no problems whatsoever. Excellent communication with the owners. I highly recommend this place.

Quiet and Close to the Beach!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is just a short walk to the beach. It is nicely decorated, super clean and comfortable, and has everything a person needs for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved it and hope to return again!

This Beach cottage was built by my Father-In-Law in 1972. It has been our family vacation home for many years. The cottage has been remodeled and updated from it's 1960's original motif. My husband grew up in Sarasota, went to Sarasota High School and USF. We live in Gainesville Georgia.

This is a small quaint beach cottage with that Old Florida feel. We have Lazy Boy Living Room Furniture and Haverty's Bedroom Furniture. We have free Wi-Fi. Living room has a flat screen smart TV. The updated kitchen features appliances that are all stainless steel, white cottage cabinets and custom beach decor. We have an outdoor shower, outdoor dining area with gas grill and a storage shed out back.

We have a double lot which gives lots of room for outdoor space. This is our private home not a Condo.
