Cottage plage privée avec appartement au deuxième étage. Appartement en dernier étage dispose de deux chambres, une salle de bain, Salon et manger dans la cuisine, le Maître a un lit queen et 2ème chambres disposent de 2 lits jumeaux. Salle de séjour a un canapé-lit. L'appartement est entièrement meublé comprenant laveuse et sécheuse, literie, cuisine bien équipée et appareils électroménagers. Cet appartement dispose de 3 téléviseurs, wifi gratuit et les appels interurbains dans le U. S. Courte promenade à la plage. Un parking privé et grand terrain. Quiet and Relaxing

We enjoy the private beach and cozy condo. Its almost home away from home. The owners go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied and taken care of while we’re there and check in with me from time to time during the year. We will always return to Longboat Key!

Our stay

We experienced a couple of issues which were out of the owners control. The owners were very helpful in resolving these issues. They did their best to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We found the cottage very clean. We hope to come back in the future.

Vacation Paradise

This is our favorite place to stay on Longboat Key! Walking distance from the beach and everything is clean and well kept. The owners are great to work with and everything you need is there. Just come and enjoy!

Lovely on Longboat

Our stay was wonderful. The place is very nice with all the comforts of home. The owners are very accommodating and helpful with whatever you need. We highly recommend it, within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Loved our stay and are coming back.

This place is fabulous! My husband and I loved every minute here! Cleanliness, location, amenities, you name it ... all rate a 10! Gail checked in with us upon arrival and was so gracious to all our needs. We will be returning!

Beautiful area!

This is the perfect location- so close to the beach. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This included bikes and any beach items you may need, as well as a cart . We loved it so much, I tried to rent again for next year but it was booked - needless to say, we would come back.

All you need is a toothbrush!

Lovely apartment felt like home..close to the beach in a quiet area. Games for the kids..bikes..cornhole. Everything you need was provided even the laundry supplies. Highly recommend this property.

We love coming to the island and would have enjoyed the great location more if we hadn’t had to leave early because of the covid 19 virus. We would definitely come back again next year if we get the opportunity. Thanks to the owners for having everything we needed!

Great Location

This apartment is in an excellent location with two beach accesses just a short walk away! We were very comfortable here, but it could use some decluttering in the closets and drawers. Mattress were too soft for us and our company. Overall, we loved our stay and would rent it again!

We are sorry you thought the apartment was too cluttered. That’s the first time we’ve had that complaint in all the years we have been renting the beach house. You stayed in the apartment that we as owners use so it does have some of our personal items that we keep there but there are lots of empty drawers. We have two separate chests of drawers in the second bedroom, a large dresser with all drawers empty in addition to two side tables in the master. We have an owners closet in the second bedroom and do have some items in bottom drawer of one side table. We have never been told the mattresses are too soft either but will look at them ourselves. The queen mattress is a pillow top and we have feather toppers on the twin mattresses so that does make them softer. We are sorry you were not happy with everything but are glad that you would want to stay here again.

Wonderful time on Longboat Key FL

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Gail's property! Short walk to the beaches, brand new bikes to ride, brand new gas grill to grill out fresh fish, full kitchen with both a Keurig and and full pot of coffee if you prefer. Truly a very homey, comfortable place to stay, whether it's for a long weekend or a month or more. Never felt closed in, just enough space to spread out and enjoy. The best location I can think of in Florida if you like both "old Florida" feel and all the modern conveniences of gourmet restaurants, grocery stores, shopping at near by Armand Circle in Sarasota. Just a fantastic place to get away from the routine of life. Thank you Gail for being so responsive to our requests. You are a wonderful host! God bless and we will see you next year. Mark & Jane

Great little spot

Loved the location- within walking distance of the beautiful beach. It was everything we needed for our family. I loved that it had hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and toliet paper provided. My only complaint would be the clutter. There isn't anywhere to really put dry goods and lots of junk in drawers, etc. However, we didn't spend a lot of time there so it was alright. Fantastic owners who respond quickly!

Exactly what we needed

We were looking for an inexpensive property with close proximity to my Mom on LBK to bring the family for Thanksgiving and this rental certainly came through. Very nice amenities and never felt like it was lacking for anything. The owner lives out of state but has a local caretaker for "boots on the ground." This became relevant as the toilet gave us problems (fill valve needed to be replaced) but the owner was extremely responsive and I don't view it as a negative - these things happen sometimes - and if anything the owner impressed me by how it was dealt with. Would definitely rent here again.

Exactly what I was looking for

Renting process was super easy. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, not a lot of tourist, exactly what me and my family wanted! We are definitely coming back next summer!

Beautiful cottage on Longboat Key!

This was a return visit for us - the cottage has everything you need to enjoy a restful or active beach vacation. Within walking distance to the beach and just a short car ride to close-by beaches, during our visit we enjoyed bike riding, kayaking, shopping and dining at St. Armand's Circle, and of course, the beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico. Nearby restaurants offer delicious local seafood and plenty of waterfront dining. You won't be disappointed!

Great location and very comfortable living space

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood giving a feeling of privacy. Easy, short walk to two beaches that are never crowded. Great tree in the side yard for sitting under relaxing and reading. Very comfortable beds, clean living space and contains every thing a home needs. We will be back next year
