Prestigious apartment in Campo della Maddalena, inside the fifteenth-century Palazzo Magno, in the central area of Cannaregio.

You will have the opportunity to spend an unforgettable stay in the charm of a noble Venetian house.

From the center of Maddalena camp, an important wooden door, surmounted by the stone relief of San Magno di Oderzo, on the private road of the building, it will open you the way to a staircase which brings you to the main floor inside which the Ca 'Magno apartment.

Crossing a corridor you enter the bright and spacious rooms with antique furniture and details.

One room has direct access to the master bathroom, while the second bathroom can be accessed from the laundry room after the kitchen.

Enchanting evening in an environment of undisputed charm.

Guests have access to the whole building.

Great location

It was the perfect place to stay! The property was beautiful it a quiet part of town with a coffee shop near by for breakfast. Easy to get to from the train station using the water taxis, the host was super helpful. Loved it!

The apartment was great! It had a lot of history and was in a great location. I couldn't believe how comfortable and large it was. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would recommend it to anyone.

Everything about this stay was amazing. Everything you might need, in a great location and sweet check-in. They were gracious throughout our stay. Location was perfect for us, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there quick when desired.

We had a great time. The location was perfect, in a safe community. There is coffee and breakfast right outside the location. We had a little confusion checking in as we lost texting capabilities around the corner and the host and our party couldn’t get ahold of each other and we never received a prior meetup invite. Other than that small glitch it was a great stay.

*****Fantastic Apartment & Location*****

What a fantastic apartment, in a tremendous location. Within walking distance to all major attraction but, far enough out for piece and quiet. We took a Gondola just outside the apartment, which takes you onto the Grand Canal. There is a great Cafe out the front, which our family would highly recommended. Watertaxi stop in only 150m from front door. Multiple supermarkets for anything your heart desires. Our host was excellent, he met us at the appartment and explained city fees and local attractions. We will 100% be return to this apartment.

Three of us stayed here for the second time as it is so lovely . Traditional Venetian furniture and huge rooms . Well equipped kitchen . Spotlessly clean . Comfy beds In a very quiet area but a short walk to vaporetta, supermarkets and many restaurants . Very well explained check in . Highly recommended

Great location

We had a good stay here. All was good except if it rains the windows will not keep the water out and our suitcases got wet from laying in the floor since there is no where to put them. The bathroom also had a leak from the rain and we had to use our one shower towel to try to clean up all of the water.

Beautiful and large apartment in Venice

My family really enjoyed staying here in Venice. We had lots of room and the location was great. Laundry, bedrooms, sitting room and bathrooms were great.Kitchen could use a coffee maker but a very large and functional space.My only stress came from booking with the third party Venice-villas. I wasn’t sure it was legitimate. Too many links and forms and communication with over 5 people. Luckily, everything was great with checking in and Venice was absolutely amazing.

All dimensions of our stay were positive: - apartment size - large and so nice having two full bathrooms - apartment location was perfect - short walk from the train station and many attractions - host communication was great and Victoria was extremely friendly and responsive My wife and three teenaged kids were all pleased with the accommodations. Beautiful stay in Venice

Great property, conveniently located with plenty of space. Property manager was responsive and we didn’t have any issues EXCEPT bring bug spray. We were eaten alive the first night because it was hot and there are no screens, so mosquitos destroyed my whole family. No fault or the property or owners, but do yourself a favor and spray yourself before bed!

Absolutely charming. Feel like living back in times. Keep in mind there are 2 flights of stairs. So pack with lighter luggage. Host gave very detail clips instructions how to get to there. Tips. Use water taxi or water bus. Travel like locals.

Gorgeous and spacious apartment ideally located

This was by far the most beautiful accommodation we had in our visit to Italy. The location was perfect: walkable to and from the train and bus stations (15-20 minutes) and to Fondamente Nove (10-15 minutes), from which you launch to Burano and Murano. Check-in was easy and informative, and they give you good recommendations about local places to eat, when to visit things, and generally making the most of your stay. They respond quickly on their WhatsApp channel, which is good because we had an minor issue with the water heater (pressure was low), and they were able to help me fix it over a video call. It took only minutes to fix. We loved the ornate beauty of the place, and having some extra space for each of us (family of four) to stretch out a bit. We will definitely be returning to Ca' Magno on our next trip to Venice!

Great location & charm!

We really enjoyed the location of the property. It was well equipped and included a washing machine. There is not air conditioning, but the apartment cooled down quickly with the windows open. Be aware that there are a lot of steps (one floor to the entry from the courtyard and another long flight to the apt. entry). A few very minor things could use some attention and did not affect our stay at all. This apartment is quite large with an increased sense of privacy & security with the building’s courtyard entrance.

Great stay in a lovely apartment.

Great location, lovely old building. Accessed through private courtyard so very quiet and secure despite being located just off the main shopping/tourist street. 3 good sized bedrooms, all rooms well furnished. It’s a super apartment. Check in/out process was straightforward. The letting company were very well organised. Would definitely recommend this apartment and/or this apartment company to other travellers to Venice. Do note that there are quite a few steps up to the apartment so if you have difficulty climbing steps it might not be the best for you. But that’s probably the same for pretty much anywhere in Venice?

Ca’Magno in Cannaregio

Our group consisted of a family with two teens and another couple. This apartment worked out very well for us. It was very roomy and bright. We appreciated the historical details like the floor and water well in the courtyard. We loved Cannaregio and if we return, would spend more time right around this apartment. Our host was responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Instruction were clear and simple. We made breakfast in the kitchen each morning and found a grocery store in an old character building with beautiful frescos very close by. We all enjoyed warm showers with decent water pressure. Wifi was not good at all. We highly recommend if not relying on wifi and would come back if we had the chance.
