1880 victorienne au coeur du centre-ville ... charmant et confortable

Le meilleur des deux mondes avec des rénovations haut de gamme et le charme du vieux St Augustin. Cette maison victorienne a été construite en 1880 et est située au cœur du quartier historique. Il y a quelques années, j'ai entièrement rénové la résidence privée en 3 appartements séparés, chacun entièrement contenu avec sa propre entrée privée, cuisine et salle de bain complète. Cet appartement au premier étage récemment rénové a 1 lit queen dans une chambre privée avec un canapé en coupe dans le salon. Des vélos gratuits vous offrent la possibilité de laisser la voiture garée et de voir la ville à pied ou à cheval.

Profitez des nombreux restaurants au choix à moins de cinq minutes à pied de votre porte d'entrée. De plus, le shopping et le tourisme sont juste au coin de la rue. Prévoyez de passer la journée à faire du tourisme et de marcher pour vous détendre sur le porche avec un verre de vin avant de vous préparer pour la soirée.

Si vous êtes venu pour profiter des belles plages de St Augustine, vous n'êtes qu'à dix minutes en voiture. Crescent Beach se trouve au sud à quelques kilomètres pour ceux qui cherchent à se détendre sur une plage calme ou à rejoindre la foule de St. Augustine Beach avec un quai de pêche et de nombreux restaurants.

Dans l'ensemble, cette propriété est d'un excellent rapport qualité / prix et l'endroit idéal pour passer vos vacances. A bientôt, j'espère!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, super clean and smelt so nice walking into!! Our host was amazing 10/10 we didn’t have any issues! The house is so close to everything!We walked all the way to the old jailhouse in 15 minutes Tipsy duck 2 mins Pizza time 2 minsThe Columbia 4/5 min walkMost places were no more than a 3 minute walk. We 100% will be staying here again! It was so convenient not to mention a coffee shop literally right next door as well as a great little lunch/dinner spot!!

I stayed in the ground floor apartment with my wife and son and it was fantastic. Perfect location near shops, restaurants and attractions yet nice and quiet at night when we slept. We walked everywhere easily and had a wonderful time. I chose it because of the low price but will return because of the location and comfort. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in St. Augustine.

The unit was accurately described in the listing and is about as close as you can get to historic downtown. Parking was never an issue, and the walk to and from the garage takes you right through the prime tourist areas of town. This worked very well for our trip — we would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends or family.The only minor consideration with this being a ground-floor unit is noise. You may occasionally hear upstairs guests walking around or plumbing sounds (like toilets flushing), and because of the close proximity to downtown, weekend nights — especially Friday and Saturday — can bring some late-night bar noise. That said, the location and overall experience were well worth it; light sleepers may simply prefer an upstairs unit for a quieter stay.

Everything about this stay was awesome. Greg happily answered questions before we visited and had good suggestions. It was a very busy time (Christmas), but the walk to city parking was easy and took us through areas that were fun to explore. If you're wanting to stay in town, this is the perfect spot. Close and very comfortable, but no loud crowds. Oh, and a nice bottle of wine, to boot!
