Le meilleur des deux mondes avec des rĂ©novations haut de gamme et le charme du vieux St Augustin. Cette maison victorienne a Ă©tĂ© construite en 1880 et est situĂ©e au cƓur du quartier historique. Il y a quelques annĂ©es, j'ai entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© la rĂ©sidence privĂ©e en 3 appartements sĂ©parĂ©s, chacun entiĂšrement contenu avec sa propre entrĂ©e privĂ©e, cuisine et salle de bain complĂšte. Cet appartement au troisiĂšme Ă©tage rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© dispose d'un lit queen-size dans une chambre privĂ©e ainsi que d'un canapĂ© en coupe dans le salon. Des vĂ©los gratuits vous offrent la possibilitĂ© de laisser la voiture garĂ©e et de voir la ville Ă  pied ou Ă  cheval.

Profitez des nombreux restaurants au choix à moins de cinq minutes à pied de votre porte d'entrée. De plus, le shopping et le tourisme sont juste au coin de la rue. Prévoyez de passer la journée à faire du tourisme et de marcher pour vous détendre sur le porche avec un verre de vin avant de vous préparer pour la soirée.

Si vous ĂȘtes venu pour profiter des belles plages de St Augustine, vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  dix minutes en voiture. Crescent Beach se trouve au sud Ă  quelques kilomĂštres pour ceux qui cherchent Ă  se dĂ©tendre sur une plage calme ou Ă  rejoindre la foule de St. Augustine Beach avec un quai de pĂȘche et de nombreux restaurants.

We had a wonderful time in St. Augustine thanks in no small part to having a wonderful place to stay! The location is perfect, just steps away from the heart of the historic district yet tucked away in a quiet area. Our accommodation was nice and cozy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was well appointed very clean. Our host was very helpful and promptly responded to our correspondence. All elements added up to provide the foundation of a memorable trip. Thanks Greg! The space was gorgeous, clean, and quiet. We loved the location downtown and being able to walk everywhere, having the parking pass was a huge help too. We felt right at home and will be coming back and booking the space again!

Great location. Greg was super responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the parking pass missing and Greg addressed and fixed the issue. We’re already planning our next trip and will be booking with Greg again.

This place was fantastic! PERFECT location to all of downtown St. Augustine; we were able to walk everywhere we planned to within 5-10 mins. The place itself was clean and cute, bed was so comfy, and the hosts were very responsive! You can’t beat the price; we went during nights of lights and it was still very accommodating comparatively. Will absolutely stay again!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. This home is located right in the heart of the shopping, food, and music scene. Everything is within easy walking distance, which is good because parking in this area of St. Augustine comes at a premium. Fortunately, the host provides a parking pass to the city garage, which might sound like an inconvenience, but it's less than a 10-minute walk, and because the house is in the middle of everything, you really shouldn't need your car. The only negative, and it was minor, is that the wifi connection was spotty during our stay. To be fair, we didn't contact the host to let him know, so he did not have the opportunity to attempt to fix the issue. But we weren't there to stay in our room and scroll on our phones, so it wasn't a huge problem. The modem or router likely just needed a reset.Our room was on the third floor, which had a nice view of the surrounding streets. The balcony was great for people watching when we weren't out and about ourselves.You are in the middle of a very active restaurant/shopping district, so trucks arrive early in the morning to drop off supplies, garbage trucks empty the dumpsters, and things generally get moving around 6:30-7:00 a.m. However, we are typically up by then anyway, and if you're a late sleeper, it's nothing a set of earplugs wouldn't solve.Greg was very responsive and patient with our questions. Fantastic host. Our stay was 10/10, and we'd definitely book at this house again.

The property was in perfect location. We lucked out with parking. Only negative was being being awakened each morning between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. by dumpsters being pucked up and replaced or by picking up container with forks and emptying onto truck. Followed by pressure cleaner and his machine and truck
