Lantauanan - Le belvédère de Island Beach, Kangaroo Island

Lantauanan est autonome. À seulement 15 minutes en voiture du ferry de Penneshaw et à 40 minutes de l'aéroport de Kingscote.

Il est construit au sommet d'une dune de sable avec un accès facile à la plage de baignade et à 500 mètres de la zone de mise à l'eau.

Installations et ameublement

Lantauanan est climatisée à cycle inversé, et chaque chambre dispose d'un ventilateur et d'un radiateur électrique.

Lantauanan dispose de 2 chambres, pouvant accueillir six personnes confortablement, d'une salle de bains et d'un salon décloisonné. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle.

Il a une véranda sécurisée et fermée sur trois côtés offrant de superbes vues et sans danger pour les tout-petits. Lantauanan propose un barbecue et du mobilier d'extérieur.

Les petits chiens sont les bienvenus, 2 au maximum, mais veuillez en informer les propriétaires avant de réserver.

L'espace de divertissement comprend une télévision numérique Full HD, un lecteur DVD et un lecteur CD.

Island Beach delight

Our group of four (60) travellers had a wonderful time at Lantauanan. The view is spectacular and the house is exceptionally well set out with a range of thoughtful additions such as spices and sauces. The location was ideal for heading off to remote areas or going to Kingscote or Penneshaw. A great place to stay.

Island Beach Getaway

Nice views, back to nature, long walks. Nice beach. Clean relaxing accommodation. Just what we needed to unwind. Not far from Penneshaw, American River and Kingscote. We would definitely come back for another break.

Beautiful Home at Island Bes

Nice beach house very walkable to a nice beach. Loved the deck. The driveway is very very rough, not for everyone. But the views excellent. Great restaurant 7 minutes away with wonderful views, a real gourmet place.

Nice homely house to stay in. However driveway is in an atrocious condition - a conventional car would be unable to go up it as full of potholes. Main bedroom mattress is very hard.

The lookout

What an amazing house. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house was incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable. The views from the huge deck are amazing with sea views and views of the scrub county’s behind. I will be back thankyou

Stunning views and very comfortable, pet friendly

The views from this property are just stunning, and it is a very short walk ( a few hundred metres at most) to Island Beach, which is beautiful and long for great walks and never busy, so just super relaxing. The property is comfortable, well stocked with appliances etc and exactly what was presented. The property owner was extremely helpful and provided information well ahead of time so we had no anxiety about how check in etc would work, and very responsive. Also a great property if you have a fur baby you want to take with you - not fenced, but the verandah is and goes around the house, so a good bit of outdoor space. Kangaroos and wallabies are everywhere! I love Island Beach and this property is very cost effective and did not disappoint. I'll be back again!

Views to the left the right, front and back. Windows and full decking allow you to just sit and drift away. Placed highest on the peak, you can see for ages.Clean functional and fully equipt. Loved our stay. Enjoyed the deck night visits from the possums. Several bird species also got curious. Even some roaming chickens down below. A walk down the road will get you to the beach. Recommend

House overlooking Island Beach

Really well located, and an easy walk to the beach. Large kitchen and family room all in one. You have to walk up to the house from the car so no good for disabled or elderly. Fantastic views.

Great relaxed shack

Happy and relaxed beach shack. Location is really great, easy walk to the beach in wet bathers. Excellent deck. Comfortable. Unusual smell in the second bedroom, no recycling bin, and a couple of electrical outlets missing covers (wires exposed). Split system didn’t work for us but overall a great beach house for a relaxed vacation. Hosts were very responsive and easy, great communication.
