Older property ,but, very clean, great hot water & shower was great. Stairs and landings need to be power washed . Parking is always a challenge in Carmel. The Hidden Gem restrauant in the courtyard, was excellent, great food & service. We would go back.

Very easy check-in, cute place right in town. The apartment had everything you might need while visiting. Would definitely want to stay here again next time in Carmel!

Property is as advertised. Geting up the stairs at night was difficult if you did not remember to turn the light on before you leave. The two hour parking limit in Carmel street parking is a hassle. To avoid this you must stay at a location with on-site parking, which is only shared at this property, or hike to a city lot.

Terrific little condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The three of us had a delightful stay. Two in the king and one on a pull-out. Every inch of the space was put to good use. We hiked down to the ocean. We walked out the door and meandered through town. We easily found parking nearby. The agents I spoke to were personable and easy to get a hold of.

Perfect Carmel Stay

While we were in town to present at the Sea Otter Classic bike expo, the location of this VRBO provided breakfast and dinner options in walking distance every day. Such an amazing little town.
