Harbor Home - 2 blocks from the beach!

Summary:
Welcome to your coastal oasis in Santa Cruz! (Permit 231211) This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is the perfect escape near Santa Cruz Harbor. The open living room and fully equipped kitchen provide a comfortable and inviting space for your group. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two private patios, or soak up the sun on the rooftop deck while grilling on the BBQ.

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 7 adults
- 3 bedrooms (King bed, Queen bed, & 3 Twin beds)
- 2 full bathrooms
- 2 parking spots in the driveway
- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable)
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room (For safety, the fireplace is not operable.)
- Backyard with outdoor shower, 2 oceanview patios, and rooftop deck with BBQ
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The home is older but in great condition overall. There are some items that are noticeable like chipped tiles and wear to cabinets.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. The garage is accessible but due to many storage items it is not available to be parked in.

Other Things to Note:
- This home exudes timeless charm and has been well-maintained over the years. While you may notice a few charming signs of age, such as some gently worn cabinets and a few chipped tiles, these only add to its character and warmth. Overall, it offers a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Nice Stay

The listing was as advertised, so close to the beach that I took the dog for a walk there every morning. The kitchen was decently stocked with ware and utinsils so that we made dinner almost every night in the kitchen or on the rooftop BBQ. The negatives are minor, but listed here simply because everyone looking at reviews wants to know what to expect: -electric kettle didn’t work, and management never replaced it while we were there, although they were extremely responsive every time I messaged them (they probably replaced it after we left). -bed frame in master suite was extremely noisy, creaking every time we moved at night. Hope you enjoy Santa Cruz as much as we did!

Lovely Eastside home

Our stay at the O'Neal harbor home was delightful. The house is wonderful and the location can't be beat. The rooftop deck has a spectacular view of the water. We had a most enjoyable stay.
