Absolutely loved it

Great place to stay. The house has stunning views and easy access to the lake. Jump in the water from the dock or go up on the roof of the dock for sunning during the day or star gazing at night. The house is amazing. It is beautiful, roomy, plenty to do, and wonderful places to sit and enjoy the view.

Great Stay- Home is way bigger in person.

I can't say enough about the SPACE in this property. Multiple living areas. Multiple places for family dinners. Two sets of washer and dryers. The dock was great and had its own kyacks. The location is close to town. Great trip.

Spacious, cozy and comfortable!

The home was even more spacious than it looked in the pictures! Our intern team was very comfortable and entertained between the ping pong table, the double-decker dock and the kayaks! I imagine we were an early stay in the season, so there were some areas of the house that were a little dusty -- but other than that, it was a perfect stay! Would visit again!

We stayed at the house with 14 people most of which were our college aged children and nephews. There was plenty of space for all of us!! Host was extremely helpful in responding to our questions prior to our stay!! We will definitely be back again!

Fabulous House for a Family Get-Together

The house was lovely and felt spacious even with 15 of us staying there. It had plenty of beds with a downstairs area perfect for the kids. The location in a cove was beautiful and had such little traffic that we enjoyed just floating around the dock. The two-tiered dock had a top level with comfy furniture and a shaded area. We had a great family vacation here!

Great Accommodations

We stayed here for 6 nights in July 2023. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. the dock was great and on a quiet deep cove with easy access to the main part of the lake. We brought our boat so it was nice to have a covered dock for it. We had one minor problem that Michelle and Robb reacted to very quickly and remedied. I would highly recommend this place and we will look to rent it again next year!

Awesome stay!

We loved everything about this place! The lake was wonderful…we stayed in it all day and evenings except for eating breaks. Super clean place! Very comfortable beds! Unlike other lake homes we have stayed in it was easy walking up and down to the dock. I would only make 3 suggestions- more bath towels would be helpful, it would be a super plus to have a ping pong table, or pool table in the extra family room downstairs , and finally we felt the skinny steps on the deck ladder were difficult to climb up and down especially for us who were more elderly. But I still give it a 5 star rating for the overall experience!

Great Home for large groups

We started off with a couple of problems but they were resolved quickly. Michelle always does a great job of resolving anything that comes up or answering questions. This is my third time coming here and I love it more each time. I have come twice with my friends for a crafting escape and this time I brought my family. They had such a great time they never even left the house to explore the town or surrounding sites. Between fishing, swiming, paddle boarding and kayaking they were happy to just be at the house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to come with a large group. The beds are so comfortable, the house is spotless, and there is pleanty of room so everyone isn't on top of each other.

Such a great house

Really loved our stay here. The house sleeps so many people comfortably. It's very clean, some great upgrades and renovations, with a game area in the walk-out basement and lots of new bathrooms. The lake itself is really a highlight. We rented a tritoon and two jet skis. There was plenty of room to tie up on either side of the dock. The cove is deep and easy to maneuver in a boat, and even this middle-aged jumper off the second level of the dock. The cove is a bit removed from the main channel so there is no real boat traffic, leaving you space to just chill in the lake with your group. For traveler awareness - the house is really well stocked but doesn't have much in the way of like condiments or basics. Makes it feel *super* clean! But it does mean you need to bring everything with you - coffee, etc. And the neighborhood is pretty remote. Ten minutes to the nearest restaurants and 20 or so to the nearest grocery store. These are not bad things!! Just things to be aware about if you travel here. It's cozy and peaceful!We LOVED our time at this property and would recommend it to groups of all shapes and sizes.

nightmare vacation

there was a leak in the gas stove and we were choking on the fumes at 7 am. we were evacuated by my son who turned on the stove to make breakfast. He did not open the oven, fortunately he knew it was a leak and would blow up! Called the owner to get the gas turned off and they said they had a previous problem with the gas on the new stove. The gas company came same day and shut off the gas line as a precaution. We had no stove for 4 days, the BBQ was rotted out with a rat living inside so we ate out and threw away all the food we brought. There was mouse poop in the drawer and in the pantry where we put our food. there was old food stuck to the seating in kitchen. Also the ladder at the dock is dangerously loose and the rails going down as well. Bottomline is my family could have been killed in that house and I want to be reimbursed for the days of no stove. Owner promised a reimbursement of 4 days but never sent any money. Evolve the company who handles the rental also could do nothing. I do not recommend you use Evolve for anything and certainly don't book this rental. Vickie

Hi Jacqueline, we’re so sorry to hear about your experience, especially as safety is our top priority. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- As soon as the gas smell was reported, I immediately contacted the gas company, and they came out the same day to shut off the stove as a precaution. I also had an appliance technician inspect the brand-new stove, and they confirmed it was functioning properly.- I personally issued a reimbursement during the stay, even though you chose to remain at the property for the full reservation. I replaced the BBQ and kitchen items right away in response to their concerns, despite finding that most of the original items were still in good condition.- The swim ladder is securely fastened—while it may have a slight wobble due to its design, it is not unsafe.- I take great pride in maintaining the home and have followed up with my housekeeping team to address any cleanliness or pest concerns to ensure everything is guest-ready moving forward.Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

Long family weekend

Beautiful home

Everyone enjoyed their stay at this home. Plenty of space where our group could unwind after a fun day on the lake. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. Beautifully decorated interior, comfy beds, Great enclosed porch and a nice 2story dock. We’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

This property was excellent. The owners thought of everything. The decor was quite beautiful, themes in many rooms. The screened porch was our gathering spot for games. The dock was perfect, in a private cove that was deep enough for lots of swimming and floating. The downstairs had a second frig that really came in handy and the kids loved their own space. My only criticism was I had a problem communicating with my contact person. My suggestion is just call. I texted and emailed and got no response. When I just called things went very well. Wonderful time was had by all and we would recommend this property.

Great house!!!

We had a women’s retreat here. They house was awesome with 10 very comfy twin beds, a really well stocked kitchen and plenty of space to just hang out. The dock is awesome too! The decorations are super cute too! We would definitely come back.

Amazing place - great time!

Our vacation consists of three 16 year olds (one set of twins and a BFF), two sets of parents, and on set of grandparents The kids loved having their own space down stairs in addition to the dock! The porch was the perfect place for fresh air, morning coffee, and evening family games. We loved everything about this home!
