Promenade à Indian Rocks Beach, Island Rum Suites "The Estate"

Island Rum Suites est le plus récent ajout de cette adorable maison de vacances des années 1950, très proche de la plage d'Indian Rocks, des parcs naturels, d'un parc aquatique, de la navigation de plaisance, des marinas, des pistes cyclables, des bars, des pubs, des restaurants et des magasins.
Nous avons pu conserver les armoires en pin d'origine, les sols carrelés et en terrazzo viennent d'être remis en état.
Les clients ont beaucoup de stationnement pour 2-3 voitures dans la rue et gratuitement.
Wifi gratuit et télévision par câble.
2 lits king, laveuse et sécheuse, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage et de bain, et draps sont tous inclus.
Un emplacement parfait, un super quartier et une petite maison parfaite pour profiter de votre temps loin de chez vous!

Nice original 50's decor with all the updates and necessities for your travel needs. Close to all the amenities beach, shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property and host. Looking forward to coming again :)

Timeless comfort

Had a great two night stay! Was not aware the laundry facilities were shared with another unit but otherwise everything was exactly as pictured and described. Such a cute and quiet street.

This charming place was just what we needed. Host was accomodating and readily available. We appreciate that the kitchen had a nice collection of herbs and spices, and that there were plenty of paper products for our 3 weeks. Thanks, Lynne for our wonderful stay and for the rum cake!

Close to everything!

Great house in a lovely neighborhood! Very clean and close to shopping and restaurants. Short ride to the beach. Loved the nature park that is minutes away. Communication with owner was excellent.

Enjoyed our stay!

Nice decorations, appreciated the use of the washer/dryer. The property manager was very courteous. I only wished that the air conditioner would go lower than 70, it was warm at night. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

FANTASTIC last minute long weekend

I booked this property very last minute to make it to the funeral of a family member (while also intending to enjoy FL beaches during the trip) and I am so very glad I decided to book this location! We LOVED that it was within walking distance of Indian Rocks Beach, and the property was everything we could have asked for. The wagon, beach chairs and towels were so helpful. I would love to stay here again!

Great location to explore area

Very quiet area. Great yard. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Except umbrellas which we left some for future guests. The local parks close to the house are wonderful. Needed more time to explore them though.

A throwback to the 50's with a few modern updates

What a wonderful opportunity to stay in a traditional Florida home. This home is so well taken care of and ready for guests. Everything you need for a carefree vacation. Would highly recommend.

At first we were in awe over the cleanliness of this rental and all(and more) of the amenities that were available...even though we erred on our departure date we were still impressed with the service we received.A lovely quiet area as well -close to everything that was important.We would definitely rent again

We are also very close to Indian Rocks Beach under a mile to walk if you don’t want to deal with parking, we do provide a beach wagon, cooler and chairs for your trip trips to the beach
