Dear Guest, We want to thank for your feedback and apologize for your experience. We want our guest to have a good time and leave with a smile. I understand the situation of the pool heat for unfortunally it happens and the broken piece didn't arrive by the time for you to enjoy. The towels and sheets are provided by the number of bed and guests in the house. We offer the laundry room so it can be washed during your stay. The towels were left with stains that could not be removed and extra ones were bought for that reason. Once again I apologize for your recent stay and we hope we can show you a better stay next time.
