Perfect getaway

Great little vacation home for our stay

Spent the week in AZ visiting family and friends. This was a great place for our family of 5, with 3 young(er) kids. The rooms were perfect for them. Had plenty of space for all of us and more than everything we needed. Host was great and checkin and checkout processes were super easy. Was great to be able to park in the garage. Neighborhood was super quiet and had a great park right down the street that we could walk to. Overall, great experience and the property was perfect.

Great time in Litchfield Park

We had some minor hiccups that were fixed within 24 hours place was in a great location to my daughter's house we enjoyed the outdoor space both front and back.

Perfect getaway in a quiet neighborhood

Our family of four + our dog loved this house! It's located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to a small lake, Turtle Park, and several wonderful restaurants. The owner readily communicated with us during the check-in process. The interior of the house was immaculate, and the security system was definitely a plus. There were so many included amenities including bottled water, snacks, coffees, toiletries for the bathroom, and all supplies needed for laundry. The kitchen was fully-equipped as well, and our kids baked cupcakes one morning. We enjoyed the large backyard with cornhole boards and a place for our dog to run. We highly recommend this house and hope to return for a vacation soon!

Feels like home when we walked in

This home is very comfortable with 2 couches,soft blankets to cuddle under and large picture window for lots of light.The dining room table is nice and big. It worked well when our daughter and grandchildren came for lunch one day.We liked all the ceiling fans in each room.The floor was easy to keep clean with our 2 dogs running in and out. There is a cool doggie door. The kitchen is the best. There were a variety of pots, pans,dishes and utensils to easily cook or bake anything you want. Rob was kind enough to leave us bottles of water in the refrigerator and a variety of canned goods in the pantry. Just enough to hold us over until we could get to the store.The Keurig was great along with some ground coffee and K-Pods provided. I especially enjoyed the stand alone mixer when I made cupcakes for our grandsons birthday. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries as well as hair dryers for our convenience. We only used the Master bedroom and it was quite comfortable and enough room to put our2 dog crates in. The sliding glass doors were wonderful to open and light up the room. We enjoyed the patio with the nice sized table and a grill that we used several times. The dogs loved the patch of artificial grass to roll around in. The yard was quite large and gave the dogs plenty of space to sniff over and over as well as chase balls. It was a nice surprise to see that laundry detergent and dryer sheet were available. The neighborhood is quiet. We walked the dogs to the little lake each day which gave us about a mile round trip. Stores of every kind are very near. Golf courses were also easily accessible. We did go hiking going North, South and West from the home. So many trails still to explore. We highly recommend this home to anyone. You won't be disappointed! It will exceed your expectations. We will stay here again and hope to do so every year. Carole and Bruce

This beautiful home is tucked away in quiet friendly neighborhood. Clean and very spacious. The provided extra toiletries were useful. The host was wonderful and polite. Stay was awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in every aspect; easy contactless check in/check out, courtesy snacks and a fridge with bottled water, host was very accessible via text when we needed him, very clean house, comfy beds and pillows, no weird smells, good TV watching options, banks, grocery stores, miscellaneous stores, a lot of restaurants/fast food all within 3 miles, amazingly well stocked! What a fabulous home! This rental was clean and just as advertised. Home was full of supplies...even those you don't normally get in a rental....shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, all kinds of disenfectant. House was very clean and in a very quite neighborhood. Onwer was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definintely stay again when visiting the area.
