Thank you for being our guest - Yes!! Pool heater is an additional amenity and if it stays on, the electricity bill, the service to go turn it on, ensure it is on and then go turn it off are summed up to charge you $40 a day plus taxes. You stayed for 8 nights, but you did not rent this. I do not know what are you referring to for $100 a day? But if you park in wrong spots, this community charges $100 a day for illegal parking -so we have this clearly listed as awareness to any guests who would not want extra expenses due to their carelessness. Please note this money does not go to us so I do not know why are you referring to the $100 a day. Further - if you checkin to a home as a guest, you would not want stained towels - We gave you clean towels, you left them stained and damaged, the stains did not come off in the SECOND WASH, so we had to charge you for replacement cost of 4x Stained Bath Towels & 3x Stained Hand Towels. We did not charge you for not washing the towels, we do not expect you to wash them, we charged you for damaging them -Fair and square, as mentioned on the rental agreement, pictures of the damaged items were shared with you. We have had many guests that leave happy after staying with us, I am sorry to hear about your disappointment. Have a nice day!

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for staying with us, we are sorry to hear that even when you beginner experience was good, your latter experience was not so good. I took a look at the pre-checkin pictures that were taken prior to your arrival (as per our routine for all our guests and these are date/time stamped and location verified), seemed to meet the hosting standards of Vrbo. Had you informed us on the day of arrival, we would have sent an inspector to review what you are stating here. However this was not done. Also note, BBB has not removed us, we prefer not to renew with BBB as that is just a complaint platform and nothing better. Have a nice day!

However, we do want to clarify several points: Our detailed inspection photos taken just before check-in show the home was clean, including fresh sheets and tidy conditions throughout. We take cleanliness seriously and do not skip this step. The pool was clean at the time of inspection. Pool heat is an optional service clearly stated in the listing and agreement, and it was not requested or paid for in this case. As for the oven, we acknowledge there was a delay, but a technician was dispatched to address the issue during your stay. While we understand the frustration, our team made every effort to respond and resolve concerns promptly.
