The property was awesome! So close to all the food and shops. And of course the beach. Every morning with coffee on the front porch was a dream. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Third Floor Views and So Close to It All

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This gem was perfect for a short trip that had a midweek start date available. We walked to the beach with ease. Beach tip, if you choose to have alcohol or smoke on the beach, you must be north of the #16 beach access which is the closest public access to the condo. There are so many close places to walk to grab coffee, smoothies, or good food. The condo has some beach gear, many towels, and fit our family of 5. There is plenty of seating in the living area. The ice maker works! The washer and dryer are newer. There are plenty of dishes cups and pans. If you want views and the close proximity to Surf City, book this place.

Spacious and close to the beach

We loved the spacious living room and kitchen. The 2nd bedroom is more like a large closet but would be fine for kids. There were no towels in the bathroom, but luckily we brought our own. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Overall the property was nice with a good view. Downside was uncomfortable bed and no private deck.

So much more than advertised

My mother and I stayed for a week. The property was very clean. There were extra sheets, blankets, towels, beach equipment. You could just bring your luggage and still be prepared for the week. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great relaxing beach getaway

The condo was cute and had everything needed: full kitchen, full bed, bunkbeds, sheets, blankets, towels, washer /dryer. 2nd bedroom with bunk beds is small and best suited for kids. The balcony has an ocean view and both bedroom windows have bay view. Friendly neighbors and seemed like overall friendly community. Beaches are dog friendly and so are many restaurants (we had 2 small dogs with us). Quiet area but a decent amount of restaurant/dining options. We had a great laid back relaxing long weekend!

Absolutely loved this property... How do I weather this year? Maybe in the description online.Mention that you have chairs umbrella.Hair dryer ect... We packed those things not thinking that they were already there but not a big deal for us.Just maybe four people in the future..

Hi Kacy, We let you know in an email that the fridge was scratched during the stay and that we were going to speak to the homeowner and maintenance. I hate that this made you feel that we came after you. The owner decided that the scratches weren't severe and to not pursue filing a claim with the security deposit insurance provider. If the owner did pursue it, you would not have had to come out of pocket for the repair, as the deposit waiver would have covered the incident. We never asked for payment from you for the damages, we just made you aware.

Neighborhood is quite and plenty of things to do within walking distance

Walked in condo, it had a musty odor. Used Lysol spray throughout condo. Each time we went out and returned had to repeat above. Misplaced my keys, my family started helping search condo. Pulled out couch noted dust and rotten food underneath sofa. Removed cushions noted old bread and chicken bones I would not stay in this condo again because lack of cleanliness. Other wise the building itself is well kept

Thank you for staying with TI Rentals, and thank you for your feedback. It is our priority to ensure that every guest has the best possible experience. Between each guest, each of our properties is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The cleaners pull out furniture cushions each turnover and vacuum under them. Unfortunately, we are unable to lift and move furniture between every guest, two to three times a week. However, if you had made our office aware that the condo did not meet your expectations, we would have sent a staff member to immediately address it.

Pleasantly surprised to find one that will rent for just a couple of days. Everything went smoothly. They communicated well before we got there with the code and all the information. I already had the WIFI password ready to go. The property was easy to find and the code worked. It was clean and everything was better than expected. All the beds had mattress covers. The sheets and blankets were clean. Plenty of towels and also had the essentials to get started. No complaints. Thank you.
