Perfect Getaway

Great house with everything you need to relax and get away. The property manager was always a text message away and was very prompt before and during our stay. If were ever in the area again, we will for sure check back in.

Great short stay

We stayed here with a group do friends and family. We came to the area to swim with the manatees. The house is conveniently located to activities and the hot tub was a very welcome activity after a chilly swim in January! The house had everything we needed and was well stocked! The host also made himself available for suggestions for local restaurants which lead us to Monkey Island for dinner in our last night. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break at Crystal River

The house was a perfect fit for our family of all ages. We loved how close it was to everything. The backyard was beautiful and we even had our family Easter Egg hunt there. Plenty of space and very clean and comfortable! I highly recommended this property.

Crystal River getaway

We were a group of 8 adults. We had a great time. The accommodations were just as advertised Everyone said they would go back again. We played games around the table, sat outside on the patio just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect Size

The house was the perfect size for all 12 of us. The linens were fully stocked and plenty of extra blankets for others to use. The layout of the house was exceptional and worked great for our friends and family kayaking trip.

Outstanding!

The property is a nice size for 2 couples and 4 kids, with hottub, firepit, and air hockey. It is close enough to down town Crystal River but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Luke was amazing to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. We loved our stay!!!

A Getaway in Paradise

Our stay was wonderful. The house was a home away from home. It has a great design and is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Close to downtown Crystal River and so much more. We’ve stayed in various homes in the area over the years for the holidays and I highly recommend this house. Beautiful Vacation House!

The house is beautiful and there was sooo much room! The house has everything you can possibly ask for (games, hot tub, fire pit, grill, comfy beds, secluded master suite). The owner was very on top of things and communication with him was great! He was a phone call/text away if we needed something. Definitely would recommend others to stay at this beautiful house!

Week Getaway

We had 9 people and everyone slept comfortably, had plenty of everyday items that would be needed, and absolutely loved our stay! Would definitely recommend any family to stay and sight see or just relax. The hot tub felt incredible!! Only complaint is no exhaust fan in main floor bathroom, and wish there were more board games and family oriented games. Overall though we loved it!

Family Time Together

We traveled down for a family funeral. The home gave us some privacy and a place to stay for us to unwind together and take our minds off of everything. The host was excellent with communication and reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and responsive. We enjoyed backyard with fire pit, hot tub and hockey table and family time together and look forward to staying for future visit.

Great space and location

This house was more spacious than the pictures showed. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults, and I would definitely stay here with my family and children. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was very clean. This house had lots of amenities that we didn’t have time to enjoy due to our schedule including board games, hot tub, and game room. It was close to crystal river with easy access to the highway. Would stay again in in the area.

Family Stay

Their were 11 of us that came down for my grandmas 80th birthday. We had ages from the 50s down to 5. This house was perfect for each of us. Luke was awesome with communication as well.

Everything we needed and more!

This location was perfect for us visiting family for the holiday. It was very close to the location of our celebration, within walking distance, which made it super convenient. The place is lovely, well decorated and clean, with all the amenities we could want and more. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds, and the upstairs suite was incredible. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Everything went perfectly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!!!

Wonderful location and very nice house.

Clean and well decorated. From the hot tub to the game room everything was very nice and updated. Some very nice touches from the owners make you feel like you are In a resort. Highly recommended from us.

What a Great Set up!!

We took our family for a springs vacation to Crystal River. We loved our stay. The home is fully equipped, everywhere you look, they have set you up to succeed and have a good time! The master suite is a huge win for a larger famiily looking for space. Two living areas and a game room helped us spread out easily! We are super active and this house kept all or our snorkel gear and jet skis on site.with ease. Tons of games. My kids are now looking for air hockey at every future stay! The team is super responsive and helpful along the entire process. Thank you for making our vacation so relazing and fun!
