We stayed here while attending a wedding. It was very clean and communication was great. The only thing I would note is that the thermostat kept turning the temperature to 80 when we slept, which got warm with 95 weather. However, I put that on us for not being able to figure out the schedule and we never reached out to the host to request help so the responsibility falls on us for being too tired to try to figure it out once we were ready for bed. The location was quiet which was a plus for us. We would recommend staying here.

Very clean and excellent customer service with great communication from the start of the booking. The house was cleaned great and we could tell it’s well kept. Enjoyed the place being close to the strip

Lovely home. Good size bedrooms with each bedroom having a TV. Quite neighborhood. Only 30 minute drive to Red Rock Canyon and to the Strip. It was easy to contact host. She is nice and responded in a timely manner. Loved that the house has a good air conditioner which is a must for us when visiting Vegas during the warmer months.

Great experience at this house. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The dogs enjoyed the backyard and were exited when we had a morning visiting cat one day (very friendly). Overall I can really recommend this house. Location is close to the strip (about 10..15min by car) the neighborhood looks clean and friendly

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at the Las Vegas retreat. The house was very nice and clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Added bonus is they are dog friendly too. My family and I had a great time.

Very responsive and helpful host. Well appointed home with everything you might need. Great location, very easy to get to the strip and to great Chinatown restaurants. Comfortable inside with good AC, clean. Good value for money. Note for other wheelchair users: The bathroom doors are smaller than typical, all other doors ok. Should not be a problem for ambulatory or semi ambulatory folks but our assistive devices (wheelchair, walker) did not fit. Recommend confirm fitness with host for your specific needs before travel.

Perfect for our weekend getaway!

We stayed here for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend and this home was perfect for our little ones to relax and stay cool with Grandma. The home was cleaned and nicely and had a lot more than I expected! Would definitely stay again.

House was clean. The updated areas were nice. It doesn't really sleep 6 comfortably. It's a bit old and tired, some of the areas could use a refresh. The bath mat in the bathroom need to be replaced. It is a hazard.

Excellent Home in Vegas!

We had such a great time staying here! The home was great, nice and clean and cool in the Vegas heat! Our toddler loved running around the house and in and out of the rooms. We didn't use the back patio or outdoor area but it looked lovely as well!

Loved our stay

Our first time taking our doggies to Vegas, so we decided to rent this place. It is exactly as pictured. Beautiful, clean and spacious! Calm and safe neighborhood to walk with doggies. The strip isn't far at all and plenty of places to eat out nearby! I would definitely stay again.

Very nice place

This Vegas rental is one of the nicest places I have rented. Very clean and comfortable. House is well stocked with necessities and many extras. The location and neighborhood are great and we felt very safe there. I would definitely rent this place again next time I come to Las Vegas.

Great Location

Fabulous house and host. We had a issue arise and the host had someone there in minutes. Perfect location and took us no time to get to the strip, the outlets, movies, attractions, walmart, restaurants. It was just perfect if you want to get to the fun but sleep away from it!

21st birthday

We rented this house to take my daughter to the Haunted Museum for my daughters 21st birthday. It was about 5 to 10 minutes away from the strip which was amazing. The house is so welcoming and clean I have no compliments.

Nice stay in Vegas

Came in for Super Bowl. The house is 10-12 minutes off the strip. Great setup, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large open common area (kitchen, dining room and family room). Neighborhood is just OK, but we had no problems. We enjoyed a cigar on the back patio. Overall, great value with a good location.
