Step inside to a large living room with plenty of seating and a TV. Beyond this space, relax in the sunny sitting area with white wicker furniture. With multiple rooms and open spaces, there’s plenty of room for the whole family to spread out.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with a dining area for shared meals. A half bath is also located on the main floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath with a large shower, decorated in soft seafoam coastal colors. The second bedroom has a nautical theme with two twin beds, while the third bedroom offers a king bed and a TV. A full bathroom with a tub/shower unit serves this floor.

On the third floor, there are two more spacious bedrooms, each with two twin beds. One of these bedrooms includes a TV.

Outside, enjoy the private backyard with an enclosed outdoor shower, a deck with bench seating and umbrella table, a gas grill, and a fire pit for evening gatherings

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
