We’ve been coming to Kiawah for years. This villa was one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. Great location and view, excellent amenities, and comfortable furnishings.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful property with amazing view! Is clean and well kept with modern appliances. Boardwalk to the beach is a very short walk around the corner. Highly recommend this property!

Large and well-appointed condo directly on the beach. The 2nd Floor balcony was a really nice place to enjoy the views. Kitchen had everything we needed (nice new coffee maker) and we loved the device chargers in the bedroom. Decor is a little tired, but comfortable. Good king mattresses. Fantastic location walking distance from the Nest cafe. Would stay there again for sure.

This property exceeded our expectations! First class from layout to furniture to a cook’s dream kitchen with all the essentials. The beach access was perfect. The view was spectacular! The space fit all of our needs giving plenty of room to spread out when needed and also quaintness to come together. Our compliments to the homeowners and their high quality design elements as well as coastal warmth. We had a wonderful time!!!

Best Kiawah stay ever!

Fell in love with Kiawah many years ago...keep coming back...now 3 generations (3 bedrooms and 3 baths gave us all the privacy we needed) travel together and our stay here was a splurge - but so glad we came. The deck is great space for coffee, drinks, or meditation - so close to that beautiful beach Kiawah is known for - loved it! Kitchen was amply supplied, AC was top notch, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were fine. Had one quick call to the property manager about how to work dishwasher - but YouTube helped the most! Would love to stay here again.
