The outdoor experience
Step outside and the private pool takes center stage, surrounded by a fully fenced backyard that's yours alone. When the season calls for a warmer soak, pool heating is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day. A private patio and wraparound balcony complete the outdoor picture - ideal for watching the sun dip below the horizon or sipping your morning coffee with ocean air drifting in. Beach towels and chairs are provided so you can head straight to the sand.

Entertainment & first-floor living
The ground level is built for fun. A 75" HDTV with Roku anchors the entertainment space alongside a foosball table, a Denon sound system, color-changing LED lighting, and a full-size refrigerator stocked for convenience. Board games and toys round out this family-friendly zone, making it as practical as it is entertaining.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms comfortably sleep 12 across seven beds. The ocean-facing primary suite features a king bed, partial sea views, and a private balcony. A second king suite offers views of Castle Ott, while a queen bedroom overlooks a peaceful nature preserve - each room finished with quality linens, extra pillows and blankets, and wardrobe storage. On the first floor, a bunk room with two twin-over-full beds and a guest room with two double beds keep families and larger groups well accommodated.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is stocked with everything a group meal requires - stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full cookware, and all the dishes and silverware you need. A formal dining table indoors and an outdoor dining setup give everyone a place at the table. A poolside propane BBQ grill is ready for evenings spent cooking outside.

Bathrooms & laundry
Three full bathrooms are outfitted with hair dryers, hot water, and cleaning products. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and an iron are provided throughout. A commercial-grade washer and dryer handle laundry for the whole group.

Connectivity & convenience
High-speed mesh Wi-Fi supports the whole house - streaming, video calls, and gaming all run without interruption. Self check-in via keypad, a private entrance, and free parking for four vehicles on the circular driveway mean arrival and departure are completely on your schedule.

Location
Vilano Beach sits just outside the buzz of downtown St. Augustine, offering quiet residential streets with easy access to the Vilano Pier, Intracoastal Waterway views, and local dining. The heart of historic St. Augustine - its forts, galleries, and waterfront - is a quick 6-mile drive away.
