This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and I’ve also stayed at their property next door. It’s clean, love the decor and my favorite thing is the fully stocked kitchen utensils, appliances, etc…. I look for this property every time I visit my daughter at Chico State.

This beautiful and comfortable home was perfect for our 3 night stay in Chico. The kitchen is fantastic and well equipped. The owner has thought of every touch that makes a place feel like home away from home. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chico.

Great place to stay!!!

We loved this house, it is so welcoming and cozy. It had all the things we needed, plus more, to make us feel comfortable. It's very close to Chico State and we were there for Family Weekend. I will definitely book at this location again and again!!!

The house was lovely and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and the house felt quite private. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were good places to gather with friends. Documentation in the house was clear and thorough and the check-in and check-out were very easy. Great communication with the hosts as well!

Visiting family

The house is very sweet, clean and well put together. It had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We were within a short distance to my son which made it even better. Highly recommend this place.
