We were in town for a travelball event. The house was so close to the field and spacious. It is perfect for a weekend or a week. We all enjoyed our stay. The neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was so inviting. I loved the mid century decor.

Beautiful Modern Victorian close to downtown

We visited the university for Choose Chico day and found the home perfect for our stay. It was warm, cozy, and clean and my daughters and I especially loved the comfortable beds and nice linens. A very short drive into Downton, we would have walked if it wasn't raining. Would definitely stay again!

If you need a place to stay in Chico, look no further! This is an absolutely charming older home with everything you need. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet making for an excellent nights rest. It is in a great central location and the host is very responsive and generous. If you are in doubt, just book it! You will have a great stay.

Beautiful House!

Gorgeous house located on a quiet street that is close to downtown. The house is very well laid out with three bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect for our group. The house has been beautifully renovated and is stylishly decorated. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. It was very clean and check in and out was very easy. Wonderful property!

Wow!!! This home is a beautiful, classic old Chico home that has been renovated to include modern updates while still keeping true to original architecture. Everything was immaculate. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Stayed with my college girlfriends to revisit our college days, 25 years later! This house and its location were perfect. Absolutely would stay here again. Was sad to leave!

The property is ideally located in a quiet established neighborhood in Chico. The home has been nicely renovated and is very well equipped. I especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. The bathroom towards the back of the house has an accessible shower, which great for safety purposes. The owner was responsive and professional. I have stayed in numerous places in Chico over the last few years and this place is number one so far.
