Rénové & Charme Chico Maison sur Little Chico Creek

Cette maison Chico porche récemment rénové se trouve dans la ville historique Humboldt Wagon Road. L'intérieur dispose d'une atmosphÚre lumineuse et aérée avec des feuillus originaux et de nouveaux équipements tout au long. La propriété sauvegarde Little Chico Creek avec la ceinture de verdure d'un cÎté et des voisins amicaux de l'autre. Seuls sept blocs de parc Bidwell!

Mon pÚre et moi complÚtement rénové cet espace à l'automne / hiver 2016. Tout dans la maison est tout neuf, sauf pour les vieux planchers de bois franc qui ont été remis en état. L'emplacement de Creekside, véranda classique et emplacement idéal tous font le pad parfait pour votre voyage à Chico!

I didn't have any contact with the host after the initial want to rent. The house was exactly as promised, very clean and obviously remodeled extensively. We had our doodles with us and they loved having the backyard to explore!

We just love this sweet home & garden. It’s a perfect size, good walking location for heading downtown or walking our dog. And not too far from our niece & family who are the reason we visit Chico

The only immediately relevant issue is the back door. It only locks the outside knob, which means if you have not checked the lock before going outside, you may have locked yourself out of the house. (happened twice). Otherwise, house is fine, and well stocked. The house is in an older neighborhood with all the pluses and minuses that that entails. There is a large park at the very end of the street, (some distance away) which I ran thru but there did seem to be some homeless folks in that area. The host is attentive and helpful and responds quickly. We had an enjoyable stay.

Rogers was a great host who communicated well. The property was very nice and close to the things we were interested in.It was well stocked with coffee, towels and kitchen ware too. Very comfortable!

It's a nice place to stay and plenty of yard for my doggos. Just not much communication with property manager. Not until I asked a question. But, I would stay again.

Property was nice and clean with everything you would need in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, but I believe they were actually full size beds - not a true queen size bed. Other than that it was a great stay!

Charming, recently updated home that was comfortable for me and my father. When I arrived the home was clean, stocked with the amenities I needed in the kitchen (including complimentary coffee) and even laundry supplies. The home had an EV charger which was great because our rental was an EV for our trip. The property owner walked me through how to turn the charger on and was very responsive. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the bedroom I stayed in did not have a ceiling fan, which I prefer when I sleep. That said, the home was a comfortable temperature and I slept just fine. I would stay here again when visiting.

Cozy and clean

We enjoyed our stay in Chico. The property is located in a perfect location for exploring the area. The home is very organized and has everything you might need to feel like home. Great family trip!

My entire family had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for young kids. Nothing that they could get into and break and the space was open for them to play comfortably. The location was perfect for our daily bike ride through Bidwell and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little house

This property has been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. The EV charger is a BIG plus! The house is near to everything we wanted to experience. If there is a downside it is the local traffic noise - which is significant 24/7... but nothing the owner can control. Bring your own measuring cups if you plan to cook/bake, because there are spoons, but no dry cups. The wifi also went in an out so we had to use our hotspots a few times as well. We'd definitely stay again next time we're in Chico.

Vacation in Chico

We enjoyed our stay. The newly renovated bungalow was lovely, comfortable with nice amenities. We spent 13 days and enjoyed exploring the town, especially the dog park, we brought our canine friends. I worked out at Planet Fitness. We enjoyed our runs and walks and overall had a relaxed time in Chico.

Fine spot. Great local coffee house close by - Has Beans. Met interesting local folks there with lots of history of the area. Close to city center - walkable. Close to Bidwell - also walkable.
