Beautiful, spacious home conveniently located off the iconic Esplanade. Professionally cleaned by a local company & managed & co-hosted by a local host who is always available. Enjoy the fenced backyard with outdoor seating, BBQ, & laundry room. Coffee, water, & granola bars are provided. We provide linens, towels, laundry supplies, Wi-Fi & more. Please message us if you have any questions. We look forward to hosting you!

Clean and comfy

Very clean and beds were comfortable. The owners were very responsive and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Close to everything and super quiet area. Will definitely book again.

Perfect stay in Chico! This super house suited our needs perfectly with it's convenient location, quiet lovely street and clean well-appointed house. Beautifully maintained garden and easy parking out front. Warm welcome from host and we had no issues during our stay so didn't need to be in touch but knew Scott would be responsive should we have needed anything. Will definitely re-book next time we are visiting family in the area.

Great place for a family!

This was a fantastic place for our family. Everyone had their own room, and we had all the necessities. The back yard and bbq area made for a great place to relax in the evening.

Wonderful Family Home

Wedding at The Palms

Excellent, spacious home. Very clean and close to the wedding we attended at The Palms. We are a family of four so everyone had their own room with queen beds. Close to food and shopping. Overall great place to stay!!

Clean and overall great accomodations

This is a very nice house, is very clean and in a good location. When we were at the house we spent most of the time in the back porch/sunroom. The owner responded to our inquires very promptly. We would definitely stay there again.

By far one of the cleanest and most comfortable homes we’ve ever stayed in. It is centrally located and the host was accommodating and communicative. We highly recommend Coda Cafe and the taco truck right down the street. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Chico.

Great Family Home

Lovely ranch style home that has been updated & is very family friendly. Set back a bit from the road, you can close the gate behind your cars in the driveway. Everything clean & comfy. Will stay again when we visit Chico.

We were in town for a funeral for 3 days, 2 nights. The home was clean & comfortable. The communication was excellent. 1 mile from the family. Bonus, it was $5 less than 2 mid range hotel rooms for 2 nights

Here for a short time, perfect location

Comfortable, clean and well appointed home in a nice, centrally located neighborhood. Our host provided check in information several days in advance of check-in. The process was a non-event. We recommend the property and would stay again.

Wedding 2025

We were in town for our son's wedding. We had our daughter's family of 4 with us. The Lassen House was perfect for all of us. There was lots of room for the kids to play. The fenced in backyard was great. Our granddaughter had fun counting the snails on the walkway in the mornings. We were warned to not step on them. It was close to our Son's house and the wedding venue. It was a perfect stay in Chico. We will come again!

Perfect multigenerational home

The home is very comfortable. It is well appointed for elders who are ambulatory but need step in shower and grab bars. Minimal throw rugs or other tripping hazards and a ramp in garage. My parents 86 & 89 were very comfortable. It also has a great floor plan and yard for children. My grandchildren age 1 & 4 came for dinner with their parents one evening and it was really perfect. When we stay in Chico again this will be our first choice.
