Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here a year ago, and loved it. We returned this year and it was even better. VERY clean and close to several good restaurants and shopping. Our pups loved the fenced in back yard. The house is about 1 block from the bay to the east, and about 4 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Great sunsets!

It was wonderful. We stayed three blocks from the beach. They were white and glistening a picture of a cloud over the water. Wow! Now I know everything was terrific too. Yorkies were pleasantly happy and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Great location, cute house

The location was great for walking to the beach or a few close restaurants. The house was cute and sufficiently stocked. My small dogs could fit through the backyard fence, though.

Spring Break Getaway

Everything was great from the check in, the cleanliness of the place to the response of the host! Everything we needed was there! The only negative thing I can say is the yard needed maintenance.

This was my first time at AMI island and this was such a cozy and relaxing place to stay! Went to the beach most days but had a clean and comfortable space!

Lovely house, close to the water.

Two hurricanes had hit here pretty recently and many homes are in the process of being rebuilt. This home, however was spotless! A bit of yard damage, but that will come back soon enough. It's an easy walk to the beach. Several very good restaurants are open and nearby. Many of the cute little shops are open. The 2 bdrm 2 bthrm home has plenty of room, screened in porch, fenced yard, nice kitchen. Our only difficulty was communicating with landlord and/or property manager ahead of our booking, but they were probably dealing with hurricane issues and in the end everything was great. Would definately rent here again.

We had issues with the a/c and internet but the rental company was very helpful. The ending up offering us a beachfront condo which was great. Would consider staying in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was overall good, the property in unkempt (landscaping plants jut into walkways, the furnace does not produce heat however there is a FP with Elec heat. There is Minimal parking, don't plan on more than 1 vehicle or get admonished!

Get the perfect little Beach Retreat

High quality mattresses and bedding allowed for amazing sleep. Very quiet Dead End Street and only 500 ft short walk to the an amazing powder white sand beach. A really good value. Would also be great for two couples. Only one half mile from drugstore and Grocery on one side and nice little concentration of little bars and restaurants on the other, easy walking or biking distance. I will give it the best compliment: I would go back!
