Welcome to our spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath vacation rental on Anna Maria Island, Florida! This charming and inviting retreat is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway. Step inside and you'll find a beautifully furnished living room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. Relaxing and meals can be enjoyed in the dinning and seating area completely surround by large windows looking out over the property. Two great features of the property are the two porches. One porch is a screened in lanai porch with hanging overhead string lights perfect for evening relaxing or hanging out. The other porch is best for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the sunset or beach goers walk to the beach.

The bedroom features a plush king-sized bed with luxurious linens and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. There is also a queen-sized air mattress available for you or additional guest. The bathroom is the ideal size with a shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Our vacation rental is just a short walk away from the stunning white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles with your loved ones. Everything was absolutely perfect! Attention to detail, close to the beach, bed was very comfortable, and the house was well kept up and clean when we arrived. Plenty of towels, and we loved the screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to the Main Street. Perfect!

Short walk yo the beach

3 blocks from the beach and one block to the bay! Comfortable bedding and furniture and the porches were awesome! We will be back!

Perfect beach cottage

This is decorated so cute. Very comfortable, nice location. The open living space is so comfortable. I think our rental rushed you a bit but we loved it! And appreciated it. Just remember the garbage disposal still needs a switch. The painters were very friendly and polite!

Cottage near the beach, Bradenton Beach

We had a wonderful five days at Bradenton Beach. This cottage was perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was stock with dishes and utensils, had enough towels, and it is just two blocks from a great spot on the beach. We could walk everywhere, walking on the beach you don't realize how far you have walked. We would stay there again. It didn't have beach chairs or an unbrella, but it did have beach towels.

Appeared online that it was a closer to the beach. There was no washer and dryer. Dishes were dirty.

OK, disappointed about the cleanliness, septic smell at times was bad. No washer or dryer being by the beach. Really need that. appeared a lot closer to beach online. Wasn't too bad as far as pricing. The home really needs to be updated. We gave it a 6 out of 10.

The property itself was really nice, and a great location. We had a few electrical issues while on site. The AC thermostat shut off after our first day there (maybe a battery replacement issue or a breaker issue), so we couldn't control the AC for a bit. We also had other outlets in the front of the house flip a breaker, and as guests, we had no access to the breaker panel to get them back up and running. I was able to get in touch with management relatively quickly, but maintenance getting on-site took some time.There were definitely some bugs in the house, but that's humid, summer Florida for you. We also had to provide some pretty standard items to the house during our stay (hand soap, paper towels, etc), and the house is minimally equipped for kitchen essentials, so don't plan on cooking much here.

House was very cute and a fantastic location with bay right across the street and beach a short 2 blocks in the other direction. Only negative is the small second unit connected to the house. From the kitchen and bedroom of our house you can hear every noise and conversation from the other unit, including their toilet flushing at night. Needs better soundproofing.
