Welcome to Seascape 3074: Your Modern Oasis for Unforgettable Family Memories!

Step into this beautifully remodeled retreat, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to enhance your stay. The main living area is just five steps up from the entry level and features a sleek, modern kitchen with white appliances, cabinetry, and granite countertops. The open-concept living room is tastefully furnished and seamlessly connects to a large deck overlooking one of the two on-site pools.

On the second floor, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms and two stylishly remodeled bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and has access to a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The Seascape Villa complex offers exclusive beach access with a designated walkway, complete with a cabana and restrooms along the path for your convenience. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and location at Seascape Villas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is very nice...clean and comfortable and has everything you need. As others have stated, there is not a bathroom on the first floor, and no TV in the 2nd bedroom...but we knew that from previous reviews and brought a small tv with us.The deck overlooks the pool and is literally a few steps from the pool entrance and the view is awesome. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza ia a mile away. Overall, a great location and would recommend.

Location and proximity to beach are great. The stairs are pretty tricky so not a place folks with knee or balance issues. Did have a problem with lots of landscaping and maintenance noise in the mornings. The deck next to the pool is nice to enjoy morning coffee or evening dinners. Watch out for ants in the kitchen and don’t leave any food or used plates out.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and beautiful rental

We stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is our new favorite place! Clean, stylish interior, beautiful view of the pool, loved the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Great get away

This was an up to date condo, small but very nice. The location was great and the staff friendly. Just a note no bathroom on first level, and no tv in second bedroom. Those would have been nice but did not keep us from having a lovely time.

First time at Seascape Villas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to HHI every year and this was our first time staying at Seascape Villas and it did not disappoint! We had a great stay and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the week, clean and updated. I will mention that this condo is situated towards the back of the complex so it adds a little extra time to your walk to the beach, but it's still manageable. As others have mentioned, the beach wagon that was provided, could definitely be replaced as it was very old and unstable and toppled over while taking it to the beach the first time. Of note, as another reviewer mentioned there is not a TV in the second bedroom which is not a deal breaker, but would have been nice to have. The master bedroom and main living area had smart TVs with multiple different streaming services so that was nice bonus! Things that could be added to the condo to improve the stay would be a drying rack to dry laundry, providing kleenex in the bathrooms, adding a mirror to the first floor, a dresser in the second bedroom as there is only hanging space for your clothes and an actual dish rag to wipe down the counter tops with. It would also be nice to have umbrellas at the pool to provide additional shade. Otherwise we had a great time and will definitely be back.

Our good friends own a condo in same community and this rental is in next building over from them. It was so nice being close yet having our own space. The deck was so large compared to others in community and it backed right up to the pool area. Great location being right across from the beach. The place was beautifully decorated and had the most comfy beds! Remodeled so nicely. Loved our stay!

Great place for a couple
