If you have stayed at our sister cottage next door then you will love this cottage as they are the same. Welcome to the Quarter Deck, your private, Old Florida-style beachfront escape in the tranquil Painter’s Hill neighborhood of Flagler Beach. Perched right on the edge of the cinnamon-colored sand, this rustic 1950s cottage delivers unmatched oceanfront access at an unbeatable price. It’s cozy, quirky, and full of charm—perfect for travelers who crave authenticity and direct connection to Florida’s natural coastal beauty.



IMPORTANT – BEACH NOURISHMENT PROJECT - Beach nourishment is planned along the Flagler Beach coastline, with a tentative start date of late November 2026 or early 2027. The project is expected to last approximately 4–6 months; however, all start dates, construction schedules, and timelines remain tentative and are subject to change.



Current plans indicate that work will begin near the Flagler Beach Pier and progress northward along the coastline. Since this property is located in the Painters Walk area on the north end of Flagler Beach, beach nourishment activities near the cottage are anticipated to occur toward the latter portion of the overall project schedule. The exact timing of when work may reach this area cannot be guaranteed and may change based on project progress, weather, and other factors.



During active construction, certain sections of the beach may be temporarily closed or have limited access. Guests may also experience construction equipment, noise, and intermittent activity in the surrounding area. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept that beach nourishment activities may occur during your stay.
