Surfers Cove in Seaside est une maison de trois chambres, deux salles de bain et demi pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  huit personnes. SituĂ©e juste en face de la plage, cette maison est confortablement amĂ©nagĂ©e et prĂ©sente un thĂšme amusant pour les surfeurs. Les chambres ont toutes des lits de bonne qualitĂ© et la chambre principale est Ă©galement Ă©quipĂ©e d’un berceau pour les vacanciers avec enfants. La cuisine, vaste et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, s'ouvre sur une salle Ă  manger adjacente et un grand salon. Également en retrait de la cuisine, il y a une salle de jeux familiale avec un demi-bain. Avec une trĂšs grande cour arriĂšre, une table de baby-foot et des jouets de plage dans le garage, c'est une maison idĂ©ale pour les familles. Vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  15 mĂštres de l'anse, rĂ©putĂ©e pour son excellent surf et ses kilomĂštres de plage de sable. Un excellent sentier de randonnĂ©e se trouve ïżœïżœ quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons au sud, et le parcours de golf se trouve tout autour. Le Prom est Ă  deux rues de Surfers Cove. Étant situĂ© au centre de toutes les attractions de Seaside, votre famille et vous-mĂȘme voudrez en faire votre destination de vacances pour les annĂ©es Ă  venir! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This house is very close access to the beach. However, it is pretty outdated. Drawers in the kitchen and bathroom doors were hard to open and close. Ultimately, it was good stay because it was so close to the beach and we spent most of our time away but could benefit from some upgrades.

Wonderful Stay.

House was very roomy. Beds were very comfortable, house an property clean a well maintained. Couch an Love seat & recliner needs to be replaced. Kitchen is fully stocked. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our visit. Nice walk to the beach. Will visit again. Thank you.

Spacious Home 5 Minutes From Beach

There were 5 us including 2 family groups. Walk five minutes and you're at an uncrowded beach with ocean strewn boulders, tide pools and numerous small sea creatures. Drive 5 minutes and you are in downtown Seaside. Large, well equipped kitchen. Awe all had a wonderful time.

Older home but extremely roomy for our family of 8 (grandparents, parents and kids ages 1-11.) Musty smell upon arrival but opening all the windows upon arrival helped clear that out. Short walk to the sandy beach. The painted rock beach was a big hit with our kids (don’t forget to bring paints and brushes to add your own contributions!). About a 1.5 walk to Seaside shopping and restaurant area, including a small aquarium where kids fed the seals. Lots of Lewis & Clark history in the area. The master suite (King bed) was extremely roomy with a large bathroom. I would recommend brighter lighting and replacing several outlets that had loose connections. Additional bedrooms (one king, 2 queens) and smaller bathroom across the hall accommodated the kids and their parents. At the other end of the house, the play room was furnished with books, toys, videos, etc. and was a hit with the kids. The room also included a set of bunk beds. A pool table was in the garage that we enjoyed as well. Kitchen was very basic but we ate out other than breakfast. Large living room and dining room area w/internet and cable access. Would definitely recommend this property!

The Oregon Beach Vacation team was fabulous!

The team was able to get us out of the Seaside house. Terrible unit - mold, no working stove or fireplace. Dated and not what was projected on the vrbo site. The Canon Beech unit was marvelous! Thank you all for making our stay and my grandson’s 5th birthday fun!!

This house is perfectly situated within walking distance to the beach in a quiet neighborhood . Unfortunately, it wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived and the kids almost climbed into bloody sheets. The floors were not vacuumed well and the cupboards/drawers had crumbs and sticky handles. I would highly suggest requesting additional cleaning before booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and size of house. Not clean - egg in pan, white stuff on one pot, windows have not been cleaned in months, etc. Paying $200 for cleaning I excepted a better condition.

My wish is to get $$ back

Half of our running team stayed at the property. Apon arrival, showers were needed ASAP and we noticed that one of the bathrooms did not drain properly. The master bedroom was completely unusable. The smell of mold/mothballs (not exactly sure) was overwhelming. No one could sleep in that room because the smell was HORRIBLE! I do understand that the weekend is a high demand weekend but for what we paid to stay there ... we totally got ripped off! The entire home needs a makeover. The location was the only ideal thing about the home.

Close to beach!

Great location close to the beach, and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed our time but not our best rental experience. Appliances are old and cooking on the stovetop was difficult because one burner doesn’t work and another burner was so crooked the pan can’t make contact with the burner. Don’t use the microwave and the dishwasher at the same time or it blows a fuse. There was also one less bed than we were expecting because the listing mentioned a futon and bunk beds and showed pictures of both, but when we arrived we realized the bunk beds were in the place where the futon was in the pictures. We ended up having to go to Walmart 20 minutes away to buy an air mattress.

Unfortunate

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. Unfortunately when we got to the home there was a note on the stove telling us not to use it. We are very disappointed that we did not have a working kitchen and that Management neglected to call to let us know the stove was not working, we found out when we arrived at the home. And no attempt was made to replace or repair the stove. I was told it’s the Weeknd so nothing could be done. Other than that the house is charming in its own way and has a large back yard that is fenced.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my first negative review ever. Remember you are paying over 300 per night with taxes and fees. There were 7 of us. It's promoted Advertised it sleeps 8 ,, It will not sleep 8 adults. only if you have smaller children ,.. except for the masterBR , the beds will not sleep teenagers. No way. They are too small. Then there was absolutely no bedding for the futon. None. We searched the entire house. We robbed from other beds to make up bedding. Both the masterbroom bathroom sink , and the guest bathroom, both sinks were plugged..slow slow slow drain. I had to use one of the toilet plungers to unclog them.Finally , if you want to watch any TV (cable) in your mornings or evenings , don't even bother . No cable. other than local news. They advertise it as having cable. You get 6 channels. It's probably the free version. Called the management , they said they'd look into it send maintenenvce over. Nobody. Did all this stuff ruin our vacation . No it did not. But I can't recommend this place for the money.

Lovely rental

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay. Clean comfortable property. The kids LOVED the table tennis in the garage and the convenient location to the beach was completely perfect. The only thing I would change is maybe update the cookware (some of it is quite old and needed extra care when cleaning it) and there wasn't a smoke alarm in the kitchen. There was one in the next room though so that wasn't too bad. Overall we would happily stay here again.

The weather was great, The beds were comfortable, and there was a good amount of space to spread out. Walking distance to downtown for the more energetic of the group. We had no need to contact property management while we were there. When I did contact them for questions they were quick to answer and very polite and professional. We need a place for our once a year getaway that has no stairs. Surfers Cove is perfect. We'll be back!

It would be a wonderful place for a family with several kids or octogenarians.

Very pleasant and quiet. The beds were great and the neighborhood very quiet. Some of the light switches and outlets didn't work. Nor did the exhaust fan in the hall bath. Would have appreciated having the ice maker in the fridge working. Also could have used a greater supply of dishwasher detergent. These items are mentioned to be helpful to the management. They did not inhibit our enjoyment of the property.

Our Stay in Seaside at Surfers Cove

The property was as described for the most part. The house was very musty when we walked in. We opened all of the windows, it was a very warm weekend, and it quickly freshened up. Many of the outlets either did not work or the plug ins just fell out of them. Light switches for the front and back door did not work. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pans and knives were okay. I realize they won't be as good as what I have at home but they were adequate. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. Just a word of caution if you plan to stay. Don't leave your shoes outside the front door. Two pairs were stolen. Take them off before entering and put them in the garage or near the back door.

Great stay, easy access to the beach

Short walk to the beach made for several sunset walks. House is well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. Big fridge to dtore food. Could have used more than one roll of Tp per bathroom but overall a very enjoyable stay

Door knobs were coming off. Carpet is really old. TV remote wouldn't turn on the TV only the cable box. No volume as well. Dishes were still in the dish washer when we got there. Bedding smelled like sweat. Carpet was dirty. Outlets wouldn't work to charge a cell phone.

Soccer in the sand weekend

Overall enjoyable stay. Minor things, back gate was ready to fall apart and house outlets ranged from two prong to three prong at inconvenient places and the tv remote was missing.

Great Location; property defects

The location is great! Close to beach and golf course. The house was just ok. Very disappointed that I read previous reviews from months earlier, and none of the issues had been fixed. For example, the house smelled old and musty. Numerous outlets were not functioning. Bathroom door locks were not functioning properly, and a child got locked inside the bathroom for over 10 minutes. This is a safety hazard that needs to be addressed immediately!!!
