Dear Suzanne, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment's central location, found the beds comfortable, and appreciated the air conditioning during the heatwave. As serviced apartments, our housekeeping teams work throughout the day to prepare all arrivals to the highest standard possible. While apartments are guaranteed to be available from the official check-in time, on busy days it is possible that our team may still be completing final preparations in some units around that time to ensure every apartment is ready for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and are pleased that our team was able to assist promptly when contacted. We hope to welcome you back to Barcelona in the future. Kind regards, Sara Guest Service Manager

Dear Becky, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment and its fantastic central location, and that you had an overall positive stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the microwave, the condition of some finishes and the noise from neighbouring apartments. Guest feedback like yours helps us identify where we can continue improving, and we will certainly take your observations into account. Regarding the digital key, we are glad you found it convenient overall. We do recommend keeping enough battery on your phone while using the digital key, as it is required to access the apartment. However, should any issue arise, our team is always available to assist. Thank you once again for your valuable comments. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Barcelona in the future. Kind regards, Sara Estrela Front of House Manager Ola Living
