A very well presented 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment with air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen and two bathrooms. The south west facing terrace is uncovered, perfect for all day sun, comfortable accommodation any time of the year.



The complex is located on the beachfront and has four swimming pools, padel tennis courts, 24 hours security and underground parking. The complex is a short walk to the Duquesa's marina or the spanish town Sabinillas.

It was a lovely apartment , it got sun pretty much all day long. Very clean Not much , all it was short was some sort of umbrella on the balcony for a bit of shade as there is no shade there throughout the day.

Loved this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and was very well equipped with every thing you would need in an apartment. The kitchen had a great range of everything fom glasses to all utensils. The balcony had sun for most of the day from around mid morning till sundown. I would deffinately rent this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable

Lovely apartment I would stay there again ! A duvet would be lovely in main bedroom or better blankets & a nicer bed spread get rid of the old one ! The towels were a little rough . More dust bins in rooms !

Comfortable accommodation in an excellent complex and great location

The accommodation 858 was ok - a bit tired in places which was reflected in the reasonable price for a week in peak season. Furniture was ok with comfortable beds. Terrace got the sun most of the day which was lovely and had a great pool/beach view. Air conditioning worked well. The complex was very secure and peaceful with a delicious ice cream kiosk outside the gates. Only a minute walk from the marina with a wide choice of cafes and restaurants. We would return to this complex. Apartment needs refreshed

Mostly everything No TV etc apart from Spanish, had to hire IPTV box, expensive. No umbrella outside so no shade on balcony. Kitchen could have had some extras. Super smart washing machine that needed some working out. No instructions in fact no instructions for anything. No 1st aid kit which is needed for licence. Bob Allen

El apartamento limpio, cómodo y bien amueblado La atención en la oficina perfecta Deberían poner un toldo en la terraza, se gastaría menos luz del aire acondicionado. Poner horario de piscina, estábamos en un quinto y no se podía dormir la siesta, Hubo un día que los niños y sus padres estuvieron gritando hasta más de las 22:00

First time back for 4 years & Duquesa is as good as ever. Duquesa Estates have been brilliant allowing me to carry over deposits for several years due to Covid. Also really helpful allowing an early check in. We will be back if not this year but certainly next.
