Apartment with pool, Ajuda IV

This apartment is in a building in the parish of São Martinho. It is on the 7th floor and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, and a bedroom with a double bed. Both rooms have access to the balcony. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, a pantry, and a well-equipped kitchen with a laundry area.
Outside there is a children's playground and a shared swimming pool.

AREA
The Ajuda area is close to one of the most frequented beaches on the island, Praia Formosa, and one of the largest shopping centers on the island, Fórum Madeira. In this parish is concentrated a large part of the hotel units of Madeira, and is undoubtedly a busy location for tourism, due to easy access to various attractions such as cafes and restaurants. Within a 15-minute walk from the property you can find, in different directions, Praia Formosa, a promenade, a garden, two beaches of Lido, the Natural Pools of Doca do Cavacas, and the Bathing Complex of Ponta Gorda. If you opt for a longer walk of about 45 minutes, you can walk to the center of Funchal.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
