The apartment is located in the heart of the city, just 200 meters from Plaça Catalunya — the most touristic area in Barcelona. Everything you might need is right around the apartment: restaurants, shops, and the airport bus stops just nearby. You’ll also find many famous brand stores within a short walking distance. We have two apartments on the same floor, side by side, and each is designed for 4 people. So with prior arrangement, a reservation can be made for max to 8 people.

Host was great. Room was great. Had to hold shower head in order to shower. Limited hot water. Constuction noise from the street repairs ourside every morning so bring earplugs. Location is excellent. All this being said, we would stay here again!

Location is perfect.But, the post mention 2 rooms but there is only one, a bed has been put in the living room. Shower and kitchen are in bad condition.Matresses are dirty and so uncomfortable; you feel the springs so good luck to espect to sleep. The owner never mentioned the repair works on the Rambla, just in front of the apartment. With a minimum of care, this apartment could be a jewel on the Rambla but for now, avoid it.

Its excellent location but very very noisy. Windows/doors dont seems to have noise cancellation capabilty. Feels like ur sleeping right in the market ( night street cleaning crew sound was crazy loud) . Except that everything is as described/expected

Sent me to the wrong address first and didn’t include a lot of value for the price. Also there was no warning of the construction outside.

Host very responsive and was able to accommodate slightly earlier bag drop, location of apartment is excellent, however lots of work ongoing currently outside and a market very close so noisy from very early in the morning (not the fault of the owner of course). The apartment was exactly what we required for our stay, somewhere well located and clean to sleep, shower, eat breakfast as the rest of the time we were out sightseeing!!

Not the fanciest place to stay but the location is the best. Located directly right on Rambla St. It is next to a large market where you can buy drinks and food. Restaurants are abundant nearby. Only issue is the street is under construction so taxi can only enter from the south end and exit to the north. Noise is OK. It does quiet down after midnight. No complain there. There is abundant hot water in the shower. Wonderful to take one after a long day. No bathtub though. One more thing, no elevator! If you have old people I would recommend not to stay there.

Very centra location a jewel in the rough. There was construction in the front but looks like they where almost finished. Not for the light sleeper. Perfect if you want to be central. Metro stop almost in front of the door. Mercado with great food just next door. Place needs a bit of TLC . But overall a great value. Easy check in and out.

Shota was an incredibly communicative host—anytime we had a question, he responded quickly. He coordinated an easy key drop-off since we had a tight window before an event, and we were greeted by Soso, who helped with our bags upstairs & connected us to WiFi. The welcome and communication were truly 5/5.We booked knowing this was a new listing, so there’s always some risk without reviews.Pros:Very clean apartment with fresh-smelling bedding. Having central AC, a washer, and two beds was a huge plus and hard to find in this area. Great location. We also really appreciated the blackout curtains that had been installed after the listing photos—it was a nice touch and made a difference for sleeping.Cons / Things to note:It’s not truly a two-bedroom—it’s a one-bedroom with an additional bed in the living room. It worked for us, but helpful to set expectations.The space feels like a bachelor pad converted into a rental, with visible wear and tear (e.g., masking tape on fridge handles/floors). The AC didn’t reach the bedroom well, the shower head holder was broken (had to hold it), and there was some mold in the shower. The bedroom mattress is quite worn—you can feel the springs.Hot water may only last for one shower—fine if you’re quick, but my sister did run out. We also only had two partially used rolls of toilet paper for a three-night stay.Additional notes:Laundry and drying rack was a big bonus after traveling for over a week!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento la scorsa settimana durante un viaggio a Barcellona. La posizione è senza dubbio il suo punto di forza: si trova sulla Rambla, quindi estremamente comodo per muoversi e vicino ai principali punti di snodo della città. Da questo punto di vista è davvero difficile trovare una collocazione migliore. Prima di scegliere questa sistemazione, però, è bene tenere presente alcuni aspetti. La zona è molto frequentata e, in questo periodo, ai normali rumori della Rambla si aggiungono anche lavori di rifacimento stradale. Ovviamente non è qualcosa di cui l’host sia responsabile, ma l’ambiente può risultare piuttosto rumoroso. Un altro punto riguarda la luminosità dell’appartamento durante la notte: la mancanza di tapparelle o di tende oscuranti fa sì che entri molta luce dalla strada. Di fatto, anche di notte l’ambiente rimane molto illuminato, al punto che si potrebbe tranquillamente leggere un libro senza accendere le luci. Purtroppo anche la pulizia non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative: ho trovato capelli e muffa nella doccia, molta polvere sulle superfici e il pavimento non sembrava nemmeno spazzato. Poca attenzione nei minimi particolari: mezzo centrimetro di carta igienica non è il massimo quando si arriva in una città estera con due bambini. Almeno un rotolo di scorta l'ho sempre trovato. Barcellona resta una città splendida e tornerei sicuramente, ma probabilmente sceglierei una sistemazione diversa.

La estancia estuvo bien, estuvimos cómodos, aunque si destacariamos algunas cosas a mejorar; el colchon de muelles de la habitación y el somier están tan desgastados y rotos que resulta imposible dormir en él. Echamos en falta más menaje como cucharas pequeñas para el desayuno o el yogur, o cazos y paellas más grandes para poder cocinar para 4 personas con comodidad. No hay tendedero para tender la ropa que se puede lavar en la lavadora. Echamos de menos también una tostadora para preparar tostadas en el desayuno. Son cosas básicas para una estancia en un apartamento para 4 personas. Por lo demás, bien.
