The property has a fantastic location, this a a HUGE plus! Very clean and neat. Keep in mind the following. - No Tv - No trash can for the kitchen - Veey difficult to get a response from the host. - Entrance unit with noisy children all day. - We were told our room has a street view and it was not the case and when asked about it never received a response. - We reported that the power outlets next to the bed were not working and my wife was not able to connect her sleep apnea machine.

The room overall was very nice and comfortable, however, the process to get into the building and directions as to getting to the room were quite vague and difficult for a foreigner. I had attempted several times to get into the building and luckily a tenant had left and I was able to access the inside of the building. Communication with the host was very slow, even after I had contacted them and let them know I was at the property. After I was in the property, everything was wonderful, the view was outstanding and the sounds and sites of the people on the street were mesmerizing. Would definitely stay again, knowing how the process works and hoping for better communication with the host to get into the building.

We had no contact on arrival, we spent well over an hour in the airport trying to make contact with the host, eventually we spoke with a nice man who informed us that we were contacted via WhatsApp, we are not users of this mode of communication, we expected to receive instructions via email.People who book this accommodation should be advised that there is a major sewer construction project from the top to the bottom of La Rambla, we had no running water for two of the three days we spent there it was a major inconvenience not being able to shower or use the bathroom. Daniella provided bottled water to use for washing, she was sympathetic to say the least and we did appreciate her willingness to help us.Travellers should also know this property is advertised as a hotel but really falls into the hostel category.

Quelle déception. Nous ne pouvons évaluer l'endroit car l'hôte nous a appris, lors de notre texto pour confirmer notre arrivée, que notre réservation était annulée. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à l'aéroport de Barcelone, après 8 heures de vol et 6 heures de décalage horaire sans réservation aucune et ne connaissant absolument pas Barcelone. Le remboursement s'est fait très rapidement mais aucune aide pour nous reloger. C'est dommage mais jamais plus nous ne réserverons à cet endroit et jamais nous n'allons le recommander.
