The apartment and location were perfect. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Loved all the natural light from the large windows. Wish there was a toilet in both bedrooms and not just one though. We used the private transfer service on the Nestor and Jeeves app and that was great. The driver had already picked up the keys for us which was appreciated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice property in an extremely convenient neighborhood. Only 1 block from the beach, adjacent to a Metro stop & bus line, great cafes & patisseries nearby, and a few épiceries and grocery stores. The building is a beautiful Art Deco property and the apartment on the top floor has a wonderful (small) balcony with a sea view. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay in Nice and our family enjoyed staying at NJ - Les Aigles. The apartment was large, the kitchen was well-designed and had everything necessary for a week stay. Really appreciated having a washer/dryer in addition to a dishwasher and full size fridge. The kitchen was also stocked with lots of cutlery/plates/glasses, etc. Rooms were spacious and appreciated the two and a half bathrooms. Finally - I really appreciated the Nestor and Jeeves app and the ability to communicate with the front desk. All my questions were clearly answered.

Les Aigles

Lovely apartment very close to Promenade Des Anglais and only a few minutes walk to tram stop. Had everything we needed. Having the balcony was great and throughly enjoyed an evening glass of wine in the sunshine looking at the Med. Some of the instructions could do with updating e.g. one for the AC referred to a different control unit. Had a problem with key collection but someone from N&J came within 15 minutes and gave us the keys. Thanks for this.

Great location near beach in beautiful building

Penthouse apartment, in historic building, first road back from Nice beach. Very comfortable for four adults with two bathrooms and lots of space. The balcony was wonderful for afternoon/evening glass of wine, including side sea view. Had everything you need on holiday. We would recommend it

Nice 2019 Ironman world championship

The location with access to tram was perfect. Reliability of trams in the evening from old Nice was an issue but Uber was great. All groceries and bakery and beach within a block. A large French press would be useful otherwise well stocked kitchen. A Better broom and garbage bags would be helpful. The extra fridge for wine beer and water was excellent. Communication was excellent. Loved the place. Lots of shopping and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Magnificent Appartement !!!

Everything about the apartment was wonderful. Beyond my expectations. Very well situated and we enjoyed every aspect of this amazing place. Has everything you can possibly want. Apartment is very well equipped. When we come back to Nice, we will definitely be going back here. The apartment is close to stores, grocery stores, hair salons, tram to airport , promenade des Anglais and most of all beach. Only one suggestion, if you want to go to beach, you will need water shoes as beach is rocky.... but beautiful beautiful beautiful. Beautiful property and the whole building is awesome. I have nothing bad to say. The whole place was beautiful

The apartment is nice however, the whole experience was Vrbo and the host is not acceptable. The host charged for the stay significantly higher amount than the price listed on VRBO. Additionally, they charged me twice for the parking. I provided all the support of the charges and the listed price. However, no one get back to me awaiting on the resolution of this matter. I will be keeping everyone updated. I will reach out to better business bureau to complain about Vrbo.

An Architectural Gem

This is one classy place to stay. An Art Deco building which is an architectural gem. Our apartment on the top floor was airy, spacious and with two balconies one of which gave a view of the sea. The key pick and return up was smooth. Advice given by previous clients in their reviews re distance between apartment and key retrieval is useful. The apartment is in a good location for shopping and access to Promenade des Anglais. Information on website and on the app is useful. We had a great time and a very comfortable stay.

Great Location!

We spent 5 nights here and enjoyed the stay. The property was as advertised and clean. The building was beautiful and located right next to a number 2 Tram stop and a bus stop. Easy walk to the beach. We had an issue come up and relayed that to the property mgmt company. They responded quickly and had someone take of the issue. It's not a bid deal but if you have luggage we'd recommend going to the building first with your bags. There is a courtyard area off of the street where one person can wait with the bags while the other walks down the street to retrieve and drop off the keys at the property mgmt office. Thanks!
